Obiectivul general al proiectului este sprijinirea, pe o perioada de 36 de luni, a 126 de copii si tineri cu varsta cuprinsa intre 16 si 25 de ani care urmeaza sa paraseasca sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului si/ sau care au parasit sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului, din Regiunea Centru, prin furnizarea masurilor integrate de: servicii sociale, socio-medicale si de consilere psihologica; servicii de formare profesionala; servicii de consiliere si orientare pe piata muncii; servicii de locuire tip „Prima camera” si organizarea unor Ateliere Inovative pentru o viata activa. Prin obiectivul general al proiectului, Beneficiarul urmareste dezvoltarea unei abordari integrate de masuri de sprijin pentru un numar de 126 persoane vulnerabile (copii si tineri cu varsta cuprinsa intre 16 si 25 de ani care urmeaza sa paraseasca sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului si/ sau care au parasit sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului, din Regiunea Centru), in scopul depasirii situatiei de vulnerabilitate ca urmare a sprijinului primit prin proiect prin: furnizarea masurilor integrate de: servicii sociale, socio-medicale si de consilere psihologica; servicii de formare profesionala; servicii de consiliere si orientare pe piata muncii; servicii de locuire tip „Prima camera” si organizarea unor Ateliere Inovative pentru o viata activa, ateliere care vor atinge si teme precum nediscriminarea si inovarea sociala. In acest sens, proiectul propune implementarea unui pachet integrat de masuri de sprijin cu impact asupra persoanelor cu varsta peste intre 16 si 25 de ani care provin din sistemul institutionalizat de protectie sau au parasit sistemul institutionalizat de protectie in ultimii 4 ani. Vom dezvolta programe de sprijin, caracterizate prin servicii functionale, in Regiunea Centru a tarii (care e formata din judetele Alba, Sibiu, Mures, Brasov, Harghita, Covasna), oferite la nivelul grupului vulnerabil amintit, din care: servicii sociale, socio-medicale si consiliere psihologica (care cuprind pachete lunare pentru servicii medicale si de consiliere psihologica pentru 126 persoane, care vor fi acordate in functie de necesitatile identificate ale grupului tinta (copii si tineri proveniti din sistemul institutionalizat de protectie a copilului sau care au parasit acest sistem in urma cu maxim 4 ani); servicii de informare asupra beneficiilor oferite prin proiectul „T.I.M.E. Centru – Tineri Integrati prin Masuri Europene in Regiunea Centru ”; servicii de formare profesionala si de consiliere si orientare pentru integrare facila pe piata muncii, cu scopul cresterii gradului de ocupare si a imbunatatirii vietii persoanelor din grupul tinta; servicii de locuire de tip „Prima camera” (prin plata chiriei timp de 24 de luni pentru 30 de tineri proveniti din sistemul institutionalizat care sunt in pericol de a ramane pe strazi si care au nevoie de conditii decente de locuire); organizarea unor Ateliere Ino (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to support, over a period of 36 months, 126 children and young people aged between 16 and 25 years who will leave the institutionalised child protection system and/or who have left the institutionalised child protection system, from the Centre Region, by providing integrated measures of: social, socio-medical and psychological counselling services; professional training services; counselling and guidance services on the labour market; housing services type “First room” and organisation of innovative workshops for an active life. Through the general objective of the project, the Beneficiary aims to develop an integrated approach of support measures for 126 vulnerable persons (children and young people aged between 16 and 25 who will leave the institutionalised child protection system and/or who have left the institutionalised child protection system from the Centre Region), in order to overcome the vulnerability situation as a result of the support received through the project by: provision of integrated measures of: social, socio-medical and psychological counselling services; professional training services; counselling and guidance services on the labour market; housing services “First Room” and the organisation of Innovative Workshops for an active life, workshops that will also touch upon topics such as non-discrimination and social innovation. In this respect, the project proposes to implement an integrated package of support measures with impact on people aged 16-25 who come from the institutionalised protection system or have left the institutionalised protection system in the last 4 years. We will develop support programs, characterised by functional services, in the Central Region of the country (which consists of Alba, Sibiu, Mures, Brasov, Harghita, Covasna counties), offered at the level of the said vulnerable group, from which: social, socio-medical and psychological counseling services (which include monthly packages for medical services and psychological counseling for 126 persons, which will be provided according to the identified needs of the target group (children and young people coming from the institutionalised child protection system or who left this system within 4 years); information services on the benefits offered by the project “T.I.M.E. Center – Youth Integrated through European Measures in the Center Region”; professional training and counselling and guidance services for easy integration on the labour market, with the aim of increasing the employment rate and improving the lives of the people in the target group; housing services of the “First Room” type (by paying the rent for 24 months for 30 young people coming from the institutionalised system who are in danger of staying on the streets and who need decent housing conditions); organisation of Ino Workshops (English)
