    El objetivo del presente proyecto es desarrollar un nuevo maíz con unas características organolépticas elevadas mediante la encapsulación de aromas, lo que permitirá una mayor homogeneización del mismo a lo largo de todo el producto y por tanto un sabor único lo que supone una novedad objetiva. Para ello, se trabajará sobre distintas matrices y bases bien de almidón o maltodextrina, con el fin de seleccionar aquella que mejores resultados presente en términos sensoriales. (Spanish)

    The objective of this project is to develop a new corn with a high organoleptic properties by encapsulating aromas, allowing greater homogenization of the same throughout the entire product and therefore a unique flavor which is an objective novelty. To do this, we will work on various matrices and bases either starch or maltodextrin, in order to select one that best results in sensory terms present. (English)
