Îmbunatatirea posibilitatilor de încadrare a minimum 4410 de șomeri înregistrati la Serviciul Public de Ocupare (SPO). Prin prisma obiectivului general, proiectul se subscrie obiectivului POCU de asigurare a integrarii durabile pe piata fortei de munca a persoanelor în cautarea unui loc de munca prin faptul ca SPO va acorda facilitati, sub forma de sprijin financiar, angajatorilor care încadreaza pe baza uceniciei la locul de munca sau a stagiului pentru absolventii de învatamânt superior someri, cu respectarea prevederilor legale. De asemenea, proiectul se înscrie în Axa prioritara 3 - Locuri de munca pentru toti; Prioritatea de investitii 8.i: Accesul la locuri de munca pentru persoanele aflate în cautarea unui loc de munca si pentru persoanele inactive, inclusiv pentru somerii de lunga durata si pentru persoanele cu sanse mici de angajare, inclusiv prin initiative locale de angajare si sprijin pentru mobilitatea fortei de munca; Obiectivul specific 3.1: Cresterea ocuparii somerilor si a persoanelor inactive, cu accent pe somerii de lunga durata, lucratorii vârstnici (55-64 ani), persoanelor cu dizabilitati, persoanelor cu nivel redus de educatie; Obiectivul specific 3.2: Cresterea ocuparii cetatenilor români apartinând minoritatii roma; Obiectivul specific 3.3: Cresterea ocuparii persoanelor din mediul rural, în special cele din agricultura de subzistenta si semi-subzistenta; Obiectivul 12 specific 3.4: Îmbunatatirea nivelului de competente, inclusiv prin evaluarea si certificarea competentelor dobândite în sistem non-formal si informal al somerilor si persoanelor inactive, cu accent pe somerii de lunga durata, lucratorii vârstnici (55-64 ani), persoanelor cu dizabilitati, persoanelor cu nivel redus de educatie; Obiectivul specific 3.5: Îmbunatatirea nivelului de competente, inclusiv prin evaluarea si certificarea competentelor dobândite în sistem non-formal si informal al cetatenilor români apartinând minoritatii roma; Obiectivul specific 3.6:Îmbunatatirea nivelului de competente, inclusiv prin evaluarea si certificarea competentelor dobândite în sistem non-formal si informal al persoanelor din mediul rural, în special cele din agricultura de subzistenta si semi-subzistenta. Totodata, proiectul raspunde prioritatilor de politica publica ale MMJS, respectiv reducerea somajului si facilitarea integrarii somerilor pe piata muncii. Prin faptul ca somerii vor putea beneficia de aceste masuri, proiectul raspunde provocarilor identificate în ceea ce priveste integrarea durabila a acestora pe piaþa muncii si contribuie la rezolvarea ratei scazute de ocupare. Improving the possibilities of employing at least 4410 unemployed persons registered with the Public Employment Service (SPO). In view of the general objective, the project subscribes to POCU’s objective of ensuring sustainable integration in the labour market of people looking for a job by providing facilities, in the form of financial support, to employers who employ on the basis of apprenticeships at the workplace or internship for higher unemployed graduates, in compliance with the legal provisions. Also, the project is part of Priority Axis 3 – Jobs for all; Investment Priority 8.i: Access to employment for jobseekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed and people with low employment opportunities, including through local employment initiatives and support for labour mobility; Specific objective 3.1: Increasing the employment of unemployed people and inactive people, with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low education; Specific objective 3.2: Increasing the occupation of Romanian citizens belonging to the Roma minority; Specific objective 3.3: Increasing the employment of rural people, especially those in subsistence and semi-subsistence agriculture; Specific objective 12 3.4: Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying skills acquired in a non-formal and informal system of unemployed persons and inactive people, with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low education; Specific objective 3.5: Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying the competences acquired in a non-formal and informal system of Romanian citizens belonging to the Roma minority; Specific objective 3.6:Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying the skills acquired in a non-formal and informal system of rural people, especially those of subsistence and semi-subsistence agriculture. At the same time, the project responds to the public policy priorities of MMJS, namely reducing unemployment and facilitating the integration of unemployed people into the labour market. Through the fact that unemployed people will be able to benefit from these measures, the project responds to the challenges identified in terms of their sustainable integration into the labour market and contributes to solving the low employment rate.
