OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului il reprezinta cresterea ratei de participare a 182 de elevi din învățământul secundar și / sau terțiar non-universitar din regiunile Sud Muntenia, Centru,Vest, Sud Est si Sud-Vest Oltenia la programe de învăţare la locul de muncă, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC şi din domeniile de specializare inteligentă conform SNCDI prin optimizarea ofertei educaționale prin parteneriat social, centrată pe formarea și dezvoltarea de competențe profesionale și transversale cerute pe piața muncii, inclusiv pentru categoriile dezavantajate de persoane (19 persoane de etnie roma si 19 persoane din mediul rural), consilierea si orientarea profesionala a acestora, stimularea competivitatii prin organizarea de competitii profesionale si creearea unui sistem de informare in duble sens: de la angajatori catre unitatile de invatamant (despre nevoile de instruire) si de la unitatile de invatamant catre angajatori (despre neoile reale de pe piata muncii). Pe termen lung, se vor crea astfel oportunitati sporite de integrare in munca a tinerilor care urmeaza studii liceale, prin formarea si dezvoltarea de competente profesionale si transversale (tinta propusa in proiect: elei care isi gasesc un loc de munca la incetarea calitatii de participant: 39 persoane,cel putin 21% din total grup tinta, din care minim 11% rromi / rural - 4). Astfel, obiectivul general al proiectului contribuie la indeplinirea obiectivului general al POCU, prin dezvoltarea capitalului uman si cresterea competitivitatii, prin corelarea educatiei si invatarii pe tot parcursul vietii cu piata muncii si asigurarea de oportunitati sporite pentru participarea viitoare pe o piata a muncii moderna, flexibila si inclusiva pentru cei 182 de beneficiari directi ai stagiilor de practica. EFECT POZITIV PE TERMEN LUNG: In urma participarii la stagiile de practica si la programele specifice de consiliere si orientare in cariera, grupul tinta se va putea integra mult mai usor pe piata muncii. Astfel, un efect pozitiv pe termen lung generat de proiect este ca elevii participanti la activitatile proiectului vor deveni persoane active, ocupate pe piata muncii si vor contribui la bugetul asigurarilor sociale, iar noile parteneriate create intre unitatile de invatamant si sectorul privat vor putea fi fructificate si folosite de generatiile viitoare de elevi. Cresterea participarii si ocuparii pe piata muncii va antrena, la randul sau, cresterea veniturilor si va genera crestere economica aditionala. Conform studiilor, rata somajului scade pe masura ce gradul de educatie si pregatire pe piata muncii creste. Prin imbunatatirea pregatirii si competentelor, se va asigura o integrare pe termen lung pe piata muncii, reducandu-se considerabil riscul ca participantii la proiect sa fie exclusi in viitor. The GENERAL objective of the project is to increase the participation rate of 182 students from secondary and/or non-university tertiary education in the regions of South Muntenia, Center, West, South East and South-West Oltenia in work-based learning programs, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in the fields of smart specialisation according to SNCDI by optimising the educational offer through social partnership, centered on training and development of professional and transversal skills required on the labour market, including for disadvantaged categories of persons (19 Roma and 19 people from rural areas), counselling and professional guidance, stimulating competiveness by organising professional competitions and creating a dual information system: from employers to educational units (about training needs) and from educational units to employers (about real neo in the labour market). In the long term, there will be increased opportunities for integration into work of young people who follow high school studies, through the training and development of professional and transversal skills (the target proposed in the project: they who find a job at the end of the participant’s quality: 39 persons, at least 21 % of the total target group, of which at least 11 % Roma/rural – 4). Thus, the general objective of the project contributes to achieving the general objective of POCU, by developing human capital and increasing competitiveness, by linking education and lifelong learning to the labour market and providing increased opportunities for future participation in a modern, flexible and inclusive labour market for the 182 direct beneficiaries of internships. LONG-TERM POSITIVE EFFECT: Following the participation in internships and specific career guidance and counselling programs, the target group will be able to integrate more easily on the labour market. Thus, a positive long-term effect generated by the project is that the students participating in the project activities will become active persons, employed on the labour market and will contribute to the social insurance budget, and the new partnerships created between the educational units and the private sector will be able to be exploited and used by future generations of students. Increasing participation and employment on the labour market will, in turn, lead to increased incomes and will generate additional economic growth. According to studies, the unemployment rate decreases as the degree of education and training on the labour market increases. By improving training and skills, long-term integration on the labour market will be ensured, reducing considerably the risk of project participants being excluded in the future.
