Obiectivul general al proiectului: Îmbunătățirea posibilităților de încadrare a minimum 115 tineri NEET șomeri înregistrați la Serviciul Public de Ocupare (SPO) Prin prisma obiectivului general, proiectul se subscrie obiectivului POCU de asigurare a integrării durabile pe piața forței de muncă a tinerilor NEET prin faptul că SPO va acorda facilităţi, sub formă de sprijin financiar, angajatorilor care încadrează pe baza uceniciei la locul de muncă sau a stagiului pentru absolvenții de învățământ superior tineri NEET șomeri, cu respectarea prevederilor legale. De asemenea, proiectul se înscrie în Axa Prioritară 2 Îmbunătăţirea situaţiei tinerilor din categoria NEETs, prioritatea de investiții: 8.ii Integrarea durabilă pe piața forței de muncă a tinerilor, în special a celor care nu au un loc de muncă, care nu urmează studii sau cursuri de formare, inclusiv a tinerilor care se confruntă cu riscul excluziunii sociale și a tinerilor din comunitățile marginalizate, inclusiv prin implementarea garanției pentru tineri, Obiectivul specific: 2.1 Creșterea ocupării tinerilor NEETs şomeri cu vârsta între 16 - 24 ani, înregistrați la Serviciul Public de Ocupare şi cu rezidența în regiunile eligibile și Obiectivul specific 2.2 Îmbunătățirea nivelului de competente, inclusiv prin evaluarea și certificarea competențelor dobândite în sistem non-formal și informal al tinerilor NEETs șomeri cu vârsta între 16 - 24 ani, înregistrați la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, cu rezidența în regiunile eligibile. Totodată, proiectul răspunde priorităților de politică publică ale MMJS, respectiv reducerea șomajului în rândul tinerilor și facilitarea integrării acestora pe piața muncii. Prin faptul că tinerii NEETs vor putea beneficia de aceste măsuri, proiectul răspunde provocărilor identificate în ceea ce privește integrarea durabilă a tinerilor pe piața muncii și contribuie la rezolvarea ratei scăzute de ocupare a tinerilor, precum și a reticenței angajatorilor de a angaja tineri. General objective of the project: Improving the possibilities of employing at least 115 unemployed NEETs registered with the Public Employment Service (POS) In view of the general objective, the project subscribes to the POCU objective of ensuring the sustainable integration of NEETs into the labour market by providing facilities, in the form of financial support, to employers who apply on the basis of apprenticeships or traineeships for unemployed NEET young higher education graduates, in compliance with legal provisions. The project is also part of Priority Axis 2 Improving the situation of NEETs, investment priority: 8.ii Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people, in particular those not in employment, not in education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, the specific objective: 2.1 Increasing the employment of unemployed NEETs aged 16-24, registered with the Public Employment Service and residing in the eligible regions and Specific Objective 2.2 Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying non-formal and informal skills of unemployed NEETs aged 16-24, registered with the Public Employment Service, residing in the eligible regions. At the same time, the project responds to the public policy priorities of the MJS, namely reducing youth unemployment and facilitating their integration into the labour market. By enabling NEETs to benefit from these measures, the project responds to identified challenges in terms of sustainable integration of young people into the labour market and helps to address the low employment rate of young people as well as employers’ reluctance to hire young people.
