Obiectivul General al proiectului este implementarea mecanismelor de dezvoltare integrata in comunitatea aflata in risc de saracie si excluziune sociala din comuna Sura Mica (judetul Sibiu), astfel incat, la finalul interventiei preconizate in cadrul proiectului, gradul de dezvoltare al comunitatii sa fie vizibil si sustenabil imbunatatit, intr-o maniera INTEGRATA. Proiectul va avea rezultate CONCRETE, MASURABILE si va genera un EFECT POZITIV pe termen lung prin actiunea directa asupra tuturor aspectelor care definesc gradul de dezvoltare al unei comunitati – educatie, ocupare, conditii de trai, servicii de baza – la care se adauga o componenta antidiscriminare, ce va sustine coeziunea sociala, ca vector al cresterii economice. Proiectul contributie la atingerea ob. gen. al Acordului de Parteneriat 2014-2020, de a reduce disparităţile de dezvoltare dintre Romania si SM ale UE, fiind in concordanta cu intervenţii integrate planificate în domeniul ocupării forţei de muncă, al incluziunii sociale și educaţiei asumate prin POCU prin efectul agregat al masurilor aplicate la nivel de comunitate in plan social, economic si educational. Proiectul raspunde Obiectivului Tematic 9 al POCU si Prioritatii de Investitii 9.vi intrucat isi propune: sa implementeze masuri de incluziune sociala, sa combata saracia la nivel local, sa adreseze intr-o maniera sustinuta discriminarea pe criterii etnice – cu focus pe integrarea socio-profesionala a persoanelor de etnie roma. Relevanta pt AP 5 si pentru OS 5.2 al POCU este demonstrata prin rezultatele asumate prin care 350 de persoane din comunitatea marginalizata din comuna Sura Mica, judetul Sibiu, aflate in risc de saracie sau excluziune sociala (din care 220 romi) beneficiaza in mod direct, in calitate de grup tinta, de serviciile integrate dezvoltate prin activitatile proiectului. 180 dintre persoanele apartinand grupului tinta sunt femei. The general objective of the project is to implement integrated development mechanisms in the community at risk of poverty and social exclusion in Sura Mica commune (Sibiu County), so that, at the end of the planned intervention within the project, the degree of development of the community to be visible and sustainable improved, in an INTEGRATEd manner. The project will have results CONCRETE, measurable and will generate a long-term POZITIVE EFECT through direct action on all aspects that define the degree of development of a community – education, employment, living conditions, basic services – plus an anti-discrimination component that will support social cohesion, as a vector of economic growth. The project contributes to achieving the gender objective of the Partnership Agreement 2014-2020, to reduce the development disparities between Romania and the EU MS, being consistent with planned integrated interventions in the field of employment, social inclusion and education assumed through POCU through the aggregate effect of the measures applied at community level in social, economic and educational terms. The project responds to POCU Thematic Objective 9 and Investment Priority 9.vi as it aims to: implement social inclusion measures, combat poverty at local level, address in a sustained manner discrimination based on ethnicity – with a focus on the socio-professional integration of Roma people. The relevance for AP 5 and SO 5.2 of POCU is demonstrated by the assumed results by which 350 people from the marginalised community of Sura Mica commune, Sibiu county, who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion (of which 220 Roma) benefit directly, as a target group, from the integrated services developed through the project activities. 180 of the people belonging to the target group are women.
