Ciežom projektu je posilnenie konkurencieschopnosti a rastu spoločnosti Ing. Marián Mikula - M CONSULT prostredníctvom vytvárania kapacít pre výrobu produktov z ovocia. Realizácia projektu po jeho schválení bude prebieha v okrese Nitra v obci Cabaj-Čápor. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je Rozvoj existujúceho MSP. Prostredníctvom realizácie hlavnej aktivity projektu dôjde k obstaraniu potrebnej technológie a zaradenia na výrobu kvalitných produktov z ovocia ako sú demy, muty, ovocné avy, ovocné pyré, suené ovocie, ovocné drene a zaváraniny a pod. Po ukončení projektu sa prostredníctvom obstaranej inovatívnej technológie zabezpečí výroba nových produktov a vstup na nové trhy v odlinom odvetví ako iadatež v súčasnosti pôsobí. Z hžadiska meratežných ukazovatežov predmetnej výzvy, realizácia projektu prispeje k tvorbe nových pracovných miest (3), vytvoria sa nové produkty (7), zavedie sa inovovaný výrobný proces (1), vytvorí sa pracovné miesto pre osobu zo znevýhodnených sociálnych skupín (1), a 1 podnik dostane podporu s ciežom predstavi výrobky, ktoré sú pre firmu nové. Výsledky projektu budú ma pozitívny vplyv na ďalí rozvoj spoločnosti formou reinvestovania časti príjmov do inovovania zariadení, procesov ako aj zavádzania nových produktov alebo sluieb. (Slovak)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness and growth of the company Ing. Marián Mikula – M CONSULT through capacity building for the production of fruit products. Implementation of the project after its approval will take place in the district of Nitra in the village of Cabaj-Cápor. The main activity of the project is the development of existing SMEs. Through the implementation of the main activity of the project, the necessary technology and inclusion will be procured for the production of quality fruit products such as Demy, muta, fruit ava, fruit purée, dried fruits, fruit marrows and preserves, etc. After the end of the project, the procured innovative technology will ensure the production of new products and entry into new markets in a different sector than currently operating. From the demand of the measurement indicators of the call in question, the implementation of the project will contribute to the creation of new jobs (3), new products will be created (7), an innovative production process will be introduced (1), a job is created for a person from disadvantaged social groups (1), and 1 enterprise will receive support in order to present products that are new to the company. The results of the project will have a positive impact on the further development of the company by reinvesting part of the income in the innovation of equipment, processes as well as the introduction of new products or services.
