Consolidarea învățământului profesional și tehnic din Regiunea de Dezvoltare Nord-Est prin alinierea la standardele educaționale europene Detaliere: În vederea susținerii demersurilor de implementare a priorităților investiționale în domeniul educației din Regiunea Nord-Est și de armonizare a procesului educațional de nivel profesional și tehnic, proiectul propus vizează modernizarea infrastructurii educaționale a Colegiului tehnic „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Bârlad, prin execuția de lucrări de consolidare și modernizare asupra corpului C1 al unității de învățământ anterior menționate, precum și actualizarea și suplimentarea logisticii educaționale pentru crearea unui cadru educațional stimulativ, orientat spre practica profesională. Intervențiile asupra infrastructurii unității de învățământ vor crea condițiile esențiale pentru creșterea atractivității sistemului educațional local de profil tehnic și profesional, fapt ce va contribui la o mai bună pregătire a elevilor din punct de vedere teoretic și practic și o propagare mai accentuată a spiritului antreprenorial la nivelul municipiului Bârlad, cu efecte benefice asupra diversificării mediului economic și dezvoltării durabile a zonei. Îndeplinirea obiectivului general, ca rezultat al implementării proiectului, își aduce aportul la atingerea coeziunii economice și sociale prin interconectarea efectelor benefice generate de un nivel educațional ridicat al populației, determinat de îmbunătățirea infrastructurii de învățământ și a creării unui cadru optim de predare-învățare, în condiții eficiente și calitative. Relația de interdependență între starea infrastructurii de învățământ și gradul de participare a populației școlare în sistemul educațional reflectă necesitatea adaptării și actualizării bazei tehnico-materiale de studiu, în vederea optimizării activității școlare a elevilor și a profesorilor cu scopul favorizării creșterii performanțelor educaționale și implicit a nivelului de pregătire practica si de specializare a absolvenților de învățământ secundar tehnico-profesional. În acest sens, obiectivul general al proiectului sprijină îndeplinirea obiectivului specific al Priorității de investiții 10.2 care vizează ”creșterea gradului de participare la învățământul profesional și tehnic și învățare pe tot parcursul vieții”, având în vedere că investiția contribuie la creșterea accesibilității populației școlare locale la un cadru educațional modern – facilitator al îmbunătățirii calității actului educațional, echipat cu logistică adecvată profilului profesional și tehnologic al liceului, în scopul creării unui climat școlar atractiv și performant, atât pentru elevi cât și pentru cadrele didactice. Strengthening vocational education and training in the North-East Development Region by aligning with European educational standards Detail: In order to support the implementation of the investment priorities in the field of education in the North-East Region and to harmonise the educational process of the professional and technical level, the proposed project aims to modernise the educational infrastructure of the Technical College “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Bârlad, by carrying out consolidation and modernisation works on the C1 body of the above mentioned educational unit, as well as to update and supplement the educational logistics for creating a stimulating educational framework, oriented towards professional practice. Interventions on the school infrastructure will create the essential conditions for increasing the attractiveness of the local educational system of technical and professional profile, which will contribute to a better training of students from a theoretical and practical point of view and a greater propagation of the entrepreneurial spirit at the level of Bârlad municipality, with beneficial effects on the diversification of the economic environment and the sustainable development of the area. The achievement of the general objective, as a result of the project implementation, contributes to the achievement of economic and social cohesion by interconnecting the beneficial effects generated by a high educational level of the population, determined by the improvement of the educational infrastructure and the creation of an optimal teaching-learning framework, in efficient and qualitative conditions. The interdependence relationship between the state of the educational infrastructure and the degree of participation of the school population in the educational system reflects the need to adapt and update the technical-material learning base in order to optimise the school activity of pupils and teachers in order to promote the increase of educational performance and implicitly the level of practical preparation and specialisation of the technical and professional secondary education graduates. In this respect, the general objective of the project supports the achievement of the specific objective of the Investment Priority 10.2 which aims to “increase the degree of participation in vocational education and training and lifelong learning”, given that the investment contributes to increasing the accessibility of the local school population to a modern educational framework – a facilitator of improving the quality of education, equipped with logistics appropriate to the professional and technological profile of the high school, in order to create an attractive and efficient school climate for both pupils and teachers. Considering the causal relationship between the state of the technical-material basis on which the teaching act is carried out and the level of human resources development, the project proposes to improve the educational infrastructure and logistics of the Technical College “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Bâr (English)
