Celem projektu jest przygotowanie, na bazie sieci współpracy kadry zarządzającej w administracji publicznej z krajów Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej, nowego programu edukacyjno-kooperacyjnego i wdrożenie, wypracowanych w trakcie realizacji programu rozwiązań w praktyce.Głównymi rezultatami projektu będą:zainicjowanie i wprowadzenie do oferty szkoleniowo-rozwojowej KSAP nowego programu skierowanego do odbiorcy instytucjonalnego, zawierającego element wdrożeniowy,wdrożenie nowych rozwiązań z obszaru zarządzania w instytucjach biorących udział w programie;zbudowanie i utrzymanie sieci współpracy z przedstawicielami admin pub krajów partnerskich.Uczestnikiem projektu będą instytucje administracji publicznej (20-30 instytucji), które podejmą się udziału w wypracowaniu oraz wdrożeniu wypracowanych zaleceń w obszarze zarządzania instytucjami. Instytucje wytypują do udziału w projekcie swoich przedstawicieli:szczebel centralny (np. sekretarze stanu, podsekretarze stanu, dyrektorzy generalni, dyrektorzy departamentów i biur w ministerstwach i urzędach centralnych),szczebel terenowy (np. wojewodowie, dyrektorzy generalni oraz dyrektorzy biur i wydziałów w urzędach wojewódzkich).Główne zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projektu to:przygotowanie programu edukacyjno-kooperacyjnego z udziałem partnerów ponadnarodrekrutacja uczestników projektu,testowanie programu edukacyjno-kooperacyjnego z udziałem kadry zarządzającej wysokiego szczebla admin pub,przygotowanie i analiza wypracowanych efektów grup testujących program,realizacja zmodernizowanego programu edukacyjno-kooperacyjnego,wdrożenie nowych rozwiązań i najlepszych praktyk,monitoring merytoryczny działań związanych z testowaniem i wdrożeniem programu edukacyjno-kooperacyjengo oraz wypracowanych zaleceń realizacji projektu. The aim of the project is to prepare a new educational and cooperation programme and implement solutions developed during the implementation of the programme in practice. The main results of the project będą:zainicjowanie and the introduction to the training and development offer of KSAP a new programme addressed to the institutional recipient, including an implementation element, implementation of new solutions in the area of management in the institutions taking part in the programme; building and maintaining a network of cooperation with representatives of the administrative pub of partner countries. The participants of the project will be public administration institutions (20-30 institutions), which will take part in the elaboration and implementation of the recommendations developed in the field of institution management. The institutions will select to participate in the project their central przedstawicieli:szczebel (e.g. State Secretaries, Undersecretaries of State, Directors-General, Directors of Departments and Offices in Ministries and Central Offices), Field level (e.g. Voivodeships, Directors-General and Directors of Offices and Departments in Voivodeship Offices).The main tasks to be carried out under the to:przygotowanie project will be carried out in the framework of the to:przygotowanie educational and co-operation programme with the participation of transnational partnersrecruiting project participants, testing the educational and co-operation program with the participation of the high-level management of the pub, preparing and analysing the results of groups testing the program, implementing a modernised educational and co-operation program, implementing new solutions and best practices, monitoring the content of activities related to testing and implementation of the educational and cooperation programme and developed recommendations for the implementation of the project.
