SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Celem projektu jest opracowanie narzędzia SmartOrder, które umożliwi elektroniczny obieg dokumentów przewozowych. Kluczowym dokumentem przewozowym na którym będą skupiały się prace w ramach jest krajowy list przewozowy (KLP) i w wyniku prac powstanie eKPL, czyli elektroniczna wersja listu przewozowego. Narzędzie SmartOrder będzie zbudowane w oparciu o technologię blockchain. Rezultat projektu będzie stanowił NOWOŚĆ W SKALI EUROPEJSKIEJ, co ma potwierdzenie także w badaniu stanu techniki. Trans.eu świadczy usługi w obszarze transportu, głównie poprzez platformę TRANS która umożliwia realizację zleceń przewozowych (giełda transportowa). Rezultat projektu w postaci rozwiązania SmartOrder stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane potrzeby rynku w zakresie realizacji przewozów w transporcie drogowym. Analiza zapotrzebowania rynkowego została dokonana w oparciu o dane rynkowe oraz dane własne Trans.eu – uzyskane od bieżących użytkowników platformy. Pomimo istnienia systemów elektronicznych w większości firm transportowych, dokumentacja wykorzystywana w transporcie drogowym jest nadal w dużej mierze oparta na papierze, co sprawia, że ich przetwarzanie jest czasochłonne i kosztowne. Brakujące ogniwo to bezpieczny i godny zaufania sposób wymiany danych eKLP między instytucjami publicznymi, uczestnikami łańcucha transportowego, a dostawcami usług eKLP. Rezultat projektu zostanie wdrożony w przeciągu 3 lat od zakończenia Projektu na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, w działalności własnej Trans.eu. (Polish)

SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to develop a SmartOrder tool that will enable the electronic circulation of transport documents. The key transport document on which the work will focus is the national consignment note (KLP) and the work will result in the creation of the EPP, i.e. an electronic version of the consignment note. The SmartOrder tool will be built on blockchain technology. The result of the project will be NEW IN THE EUROPEAN Scale, which is also confirmed by the state of the art study. Trans.eu provides services in the area of transport, mainly through the TRANS platform, which enables the execution of transport orders (transport exchange). The result of the project in the form of a SmartOrder solution responds to the diagnosed needs of the market in the implementation of road transport transport. The analysis of market demand was based on market data and own data from Trans.eu – obtained from current users of the platform. Despite the existence of electronic systems in most transport companies, the documentation used in road transport is still largely paper-based, which makes their processing time-consuming and costly. The missing link is a safe and trustworthy way to exchange eKLP data between public institutions, actors in the transport chain and eKLP service providers. The result of the project will be implemented within 3 years from the end of the project in the Republic of Poland, in its own Trans.eu. (English)
