(Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to develop the capacity of non-governmental organisations to formulate and promote alternative proposals to public policies initiated by the Government and to promote mechanisms to strengthen consultation, traceability and standardisation in central public administration. The general objective of the project is subsumed to POCA’s Specific Objective 1.1. since civil society is a key player in the decision-making process, and increasing the involvement of civil society through concrete alternative proposals has a direct impact on the quality, coherence, predictability and transparency of the decision-making process and is then reflected in the way public policies are implemented. The general objective is also relevant from the perspective of Objective II, point 1.6 of the SCAP, because it creates the conditions for developing the culture of dialogue between administration and society.
