Com esta operação pretende-se dotar o edifício da Escola Básica da Quinta da Lomba, com novas coberturas, reconstruindo-as com novos materiais que promovam ao edificado, um maior conforto térmico e melhores condições de estanquidade, contribuindo deste modo, para o aumento da taxa de cobertura da requalificação das escolas do ensino básico na União de Freguesias de Alto Seixalinho, Santo André e Verderena.
