RAI hindamismõõdikul põhinev digitaalne lahendus hooldusplaani koostamiseks hoolekandeasutustele RAI hindamismõõdikul põhinev, Eestis innovaatiline digilahendus töötatakse välja eesmärgiga pakkuda hooldekodude klientidele nende vajadustest lähtuvat õiget teenust, vähendada hoolekandeasutuste hoolduskoormust ja hooldajate koormust. A digital solution based on the RAI assessment measure for the preparation of a care plan for residential institutions, based on the RAI assessment measure, is being developed in Estonia with the aim of providing the clients of nursing homes with the right service based on their needs, reducing the burden of care and the burden on carers. The digital solution results in an activity management system that allows nursing homes to draw up satisfactory and appropriate maintenance plans. (English)
