Üha suureneva tööjõu liikumisega ning järjest kasvava piiriüleste klientide maksustamisega on tekkinud vajadus luua, täiendada ja parendada rakendusi ning teenuseid, mis on seotud mitteresidentidega. With increasing labour mobility and increasing taxation of cross-border customers, there is a need to create, complete and improve applications and services related to non-residents. The main works are the creation of a non-resident X-Road service, the electronicisation of the residency determination form and the automation of the process of creating and issuing a non-resident code.
