    Randvere kool kui õppijakeskne kaasav kogukonnakool vajab töötajaid, kes tegutsevad meeskonnana ühise eesmärgi nimel, tulevad toime töös ette tulevate pingetega ja suudavad hoida oma vaimset tervist. Projekti raames kavandataval 2-päevasel koolitusel osaleb vähemalt 90% kooli töötajatest ja koolituse tulemusel on töötajad teadlikud sellest, kuidas tööelus paremini hakkama saada ja meeskonda panustada ning on motiveeritud kasutama koolituselt kaasa saadud isiklikku arenguprogrammi.
