Celem projektu jest wdrożenie operacji ujętych w ramach Lokalnej Strategii Rozwoju na lata 2014-2020 dla obszaru Lokalnej Grupy Działania – Fundusz Biebrzański, w tym zaplanowanego wsparcia w zakresie realizacji planu komunikacji. Projekt jest zgodny z celem głównym 5 LSR oraz celem szczegółowym 5.1 Wzrost aktywności społecznej i kultywowanie dziedzictwa obszaru LGD. Projekt zakłada stworzenie warunków do jego realizacji poprzez zapewnienie zaplecza kadrowego i technicznego w postaci biura stowarzyszenia. Zgodnie z katalogiem grup docelowych dla działania 9.1 w SZOOP RPOWP 2014-2020, typ projektu nr 11 grupą docelową projektu jest społeczność lokalna z obszaru objętego LSR, podmioty deklarujące/realizujące wsparcie na obszarze LSR, pracownicy biura LGD oraz członkowie organów stowarzyszenia LGD, w tym osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. W ramach projektu będą realizowane następujące zadania: -zatrudnianie pracowników biura, -obsługa posiedzeń organów LGD, -zapewnienia funkcjonowania biura LGD, -realizacja Planu komunikacji. Projekt realizuje cele Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Podlaskiego na lata 2014-2020, realizuje cel szczegółowy: Poprawa dobrobytu społeczności lokalnych poprzez wzmocnienie kapitału społecznego i zwiększenie zaangażowania w rozwój lokalny. The aim of the project is to implement the operations included in the Local Development Strategy 2014-2020 for the area of the Local Action Group – Biebrzański Fund, including the planned support for the implementation of the communication plan. The project is in line with Headline Goal 5 of the LSR and specific objective 5.1 Increase social activity and cultivate the heritage of the LAG area. The project aims to create the conditions for its implementation by providing staff and technical resources in the form of an association office. According to the Target Groups Catalogue for Measure 9.1 of the SZOOP RPOWP 2014-2020, project type 11 project target group is the local community in the area covered by the LSR, entities declaring/implementing support in the LSR area, employees of the LAG office and members of LAG bodies, including people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The project will carry out the following tasks: — hiring office staff, -handling meetings of LAG bodies, ensuring the functioning of the LAG’s office, -implementation of the communication plan. The project implements the objectives of the Podlaskie Regional Operational Programme for 2014-2020, pursues the specific objective of: Improving the well-being of local communities by strengthening social capital and increasing involvement in local development.
