Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu ma doprowadzić do wsparcia go usługą prorozwojową doradczą świadczoną przez IOB na rzecz MSP. Usługą ma być napisanie bardzo profesjonalnego dokumentu - biznes planu poparte wiedzą i doświadczeniem zewnętrznych ekspertów w tej dziedzinie w celu podjęcia się realizacji przedsięwzięcia polegającego na budowie budynku mieszczącego oddział w firmy w Białymstoku i specjalistycznej maszyn, urządzeń do świadczenia usług oraz produkcji elektroenergetycznych w przedsiębiorstwie PHU ANNA oraz uzyskania zewnętrznego finansowania inwestycji w postaci kredytu bankowego lub dotacji. Koszt opracowania profesjonalnego biznes planu jest dość wysoki i dlatego skorzystanie z usługi prorozwojowej - specjalistycznej usługi doradczej oraz skorzystania z wiedzy i doświadczeń wykwalifikowanych ekspertów jest szansą na precyzyjne zidentyfikowanie i zwiększenie szans powodzenia przedsięwzięcia, otrzymania kredytu oraz uniknięcia ryzyk, które dostrzeżone na etapie analiz i konstruowania wniosków w opracowaniu pozwolą firmie na wcześniejszą reakcję lub całkowite ich uniknięcie. Dokument jak i całe przedsięwzięcie stworzy szansę na zwiększenie konkurencyjności i efektywności prowadzonej przez Przedsiębiorstwo działalności. The implementation of the project in question is to lead to supporting it with a pro-development consulting service provided by BEI for SMEs. The service is to write a very professional document - a business plan supported by the knowledge and experience of external experts in this field in order to undertake the implementation of the project consisting in the construction of a building housing a branch in Białystok and specialized machinery, equipment for the provision of services and power production at the PHU ANNA company and obtaining external financing of the investment in the form of a bank loan or subsidy. The cost of developing a professional business plan is quite high and therefore using a pro-development service - a specialized consulting service and using the knowledge and experience of qualified experts is a chance to precisely identify and increase the chances of success of the project, obtain a loan and avoid the risks that are noticed at the stage of analysis and construction the conclusions in the development will allow the company to react earlier or avoid them altogether. The document and the entire undertaking will create an opportunity to increase the competitiveness and effectiveness of the company's operations. It is assumed that the service will be adjusted to the individual needs and specificity of the enterprise. Task I: Purchase of a pro-development consulting service - Development of a business plan for the project supported by the knowledge and experience of experts in this field in order to maintain a competitive position on the domestic market of PHU ANNA.
