Celem projektu jest rozwój przedsiębiorstwa poprzez wyeliminowanie bariery rozwojowej jaką dla Pestila II Sp. Z o.o. Sp. K. jest obszar magazynowania surowców i wyrobów gotowych, dzięki zakupowi specjalistycznych usług prorozwojowych i wdrożeniu rozwiązań zarekomendowanych przez dostawcę usług. Projekt będzie realizowany od 01-2020 do 03-2021. Będzie realizowany ze środków własnych wnioskodawcy. Spowoduje wprowadzenie zmian organizacyjnych poprzez zmianę schematów i polityki magazynowej: magazynu surowców i magazynu wyrobów gotowych. Zadaniami realizowanymi będzie zakup dwóch usług usługi specjalistycznych: 1.5.10 – Doradztwo w wyborze i organizacji sposobów/systemów magazynowania w przedsiębiorstwie i 1.7.3 – Wsparcie eksperckie w integracji nowych systemów IT z istniejącymi rozwiązaniami w przedsiębiorstwie oraz wdrożenie rozwiązań rekomendowanych w usługach doradczych. Projekt ma co pozytywny wpływ na środowisko naturalne, pozytywny na wypełnianie zasady równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn, równość szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępność dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Działalność wnioskodawcy, której dotyczył będzie projekt wpisuje się w RIS: Innowacyjne Rolnictwo i Przetwórstwo Rolno-Spożywcze, Nisza: XXXVII Innowacyjne nawozy, preparaty biologiczne o dedykowanym zastosowaniu i sterowanym uwalnianiu oraz innowacyjne substancje biologicznie czynne do produkcji środków ochrony roślin, obszar: Innowacyjna produkcja wysokiej jakości nawozów, preparatów ochrony roślin i materiału siewnego. The aim of the project is to develop the company by eliminating the development barrier that Pestila II Sp. Z o.o. Sp. z o.o. K. is the area of storage of raw materials and finished goods, thanks to the purchase of specialised promotional services and implementation of solutions recommended by the service provider. The project will be implemented from 01-2020 to 03-2021. It will be carried out from the applicant’s own resources. It will make organisational changes by changing the schemes and the warehouse policy: a warehouse of raw materials and a warehouse of finished products. The tasks carried out will be the purchase of two specialised services: 1.5.10 – Advice in the selection and organisation of storage methods/systems in the enterprise and 1.7.3 – Expert support in the integration of new IT systems with existing solutions in the enterprise and implementation of solutions recommended in advisory services. The project has a positive impact on the environment, positively on the principle of equal opportunities for women and men, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities. The activities of the applicant concerned by the project are part of the RIS: Innovative Agriculture and Food Processing, Nisza: XXXVII Innovative fertilisers, biological preparations with dedicated application and controlled release and innovative biologically active substances for the production of plant protection products, area: Innovative production of high-quality fertilisers, plant protection preparations and seed.
