Celem projektu jest wypracowanie i przetestowanie modelowego rozwiązania w zakresie integracji i rozwoju usług społecznych, adresowanego do ogółu mieszkańców Starachowic, poprzez utworzenie centrum usług społecznych, jako nowej jednostki organizacyjnej Gminy w okresie 1.11.2020 - 30.04.2023 r.CUSbędzie podmiotem, który kompleksowo zintegruje i skoordynuje realizację usług społecznych. Realizacja usług społ. będzie realizowana częściowo siłami własnymi, oraz poprzezzlecanie usług społ.na zewnątrz - powyżej 35 %(in house, konkursy w trybie pożytku publ.,zamówienia publ. z klauzulą społeczną) podmiotom ekonomii społecznej (PES),posiadającym zasoby i kompetencje do zrealizowania zleconych zadań.Wsparciem zostaną objęte 162 osoby (115K) - mieszkańcy Starachowic, klienci CUS, tj. osoby starsze oraz osoby doświadczające kryzysu w rodzinie, a także 3 społeczności lokalne na obszarze Miasta Starachowice (2 terytorialne i 1 kategorialna).Cel P. zostanie zrealizowany poprzez następujące zadania:1. Kamień Milowy nr 1 - Opracowanie Planu Wdrażania CUS2. Kamień Milowy nr 2 - Realizacja Planu Wdrażania CUS3. Kamień Milowy nr 3 - Aktualizacja i Realizacja Planu Wdrażania CUS4. Kamień Milowy nr 4 -Przegląd działań projektu i opracowanie pakietu produktów powstałych w wyniku testowania modelu CUSCałkowita kwota dofinansowania: 3.125.000 zł, w tym dofinansowanie UE 84,28%. The aim of the project is to develop and test a model solution in the field of integration and development of social services addressed to all residents of Starachowice, through the creation of a social services centre as a new organizational unit of the Municipality in the period 1.11.2020-30.04.2023.CUS will be an entity that comprehensively integrates and coordinates the implementation of social services. The implementation of social services will be carried out partly by own forces, and by outsourced services – more than 35 % (in house, competitions in the use mode of publ., public procurement with a social clause) social economy entities (PES), who have the resources and competence to carry out the tasks assigned.The support will cover 162 people (115K) – residents of Starachowice, clients of CUS, i.e. elderly people and people experiencing a crisis in the family, as well as 3 local communities in the area of Starachowice (2 territorial and 1 category). The Pel will be fulfilled through the following tasks:1. Milowy Stone No. 1 – Development of the CUS2 Implementation Plan. Milowy Stone No. 2 – Implementation of the CUS3 Implementation Plan. Milestone No. 3 – Update and implementation of the CUS4 Implementation Plan.
