Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usług doradczych oraz środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych w celu poprawy konkurencyjności firmy poprzez wprowadzenie na rynek nowego innowacyjnego pomysłu jakim jest zakup innowacyjnych procesów produkcji w zakresie Stolarki Budowlanej. W ramach projektu przewidziano realizację I etapu składającego się z zadań: Zadanie 1: Zakup usług doradczych (od 29.11.2018 r do 29.03.2019 r.). a. Wykonanie strategii marketingowej, b. Wykonanie analizy możliwości internacjonalizacji działalności. Zadanie 2: Zakup środków trwałych i WNiP (od 29.11.2018 r do 30.09.2019 r.). a. Zakup sprzętu komputerowego (2 komputery, 1 drukarka) b. Zakup Centrum obróbcze CNC - tokarka c. Zakup Centrum obróbcze CNC - frezarka d. Zakup Wycinarki plazmowej z obrotnikiem - plazma do rur CNC Za wdrożenie projektu odpowiedzialny będzie Wnioskodawca. Szczegółowy opis przedstawiono w HRF i BP. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM dla Poddziałania 1.3.2 Firmy w początkowej fazie rozwoju, w szczególności w zakresie celu tematycznego 3. Wzmacnianie konkurencyjności MŚP (Wnioskodawca należy do wymienionych grup podmiotów); Celu szczegółowego poddziałania: Lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP - w wyniku realizacji projektu zwiększony zostanie poziom kreacji przedsiębiorstw oraz inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw. Oś priorytetowa "Inteligenta gospodarka Warmii i Mazur" przygotowana została z myślą o wzroście innowacyjności i konkurencyjności gospodarki regionu, ich przeżywalności, nowoczesności, podnoszenia i rozszerzenia oferty produktowej i usługowej. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez wydobycie potencjału przedsiębiorstw funkcjonujących w województwie w oparciu ich konkurencyjności o innowacyjne rozwiązania. Projekt Wnioskodawca wpisuje się w te założenia poprzez realizację inwestycji wpływającej na jego innowacyjność oraz konkurencyjność. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the purchase of advisory services and fixed assets and intangible assets in order to improve the company’s competitiveness by introducing a new innovative idea, namely the purchase of innovative production processes in the field of Construction Carpentry. The project envisages the implementation of the first phase of tasks consisting of: Task 1: Purchase of advisory services (from 29.11.2018 to 29.03.2019). a. Implementation of marketing strategy, b. Implementation of the possibility of internationalisation of activities. Task 2: Purchase of fixed assets and WNiP (from 29.11.2018 r. to 30.09.2019). a. Purchase of computer hardware (2 computers, 1 printer) b. Purchase CNC machining center – lathe c. Purchase CNC machining center – milling machine d. Purchase plasma cutting machine with rotor – plasma for CNC pipes The applicant will be responsible for implementing the project. A detailed description is provided in HRF and BP. The project fits in with the assumptions of SzOOP RPO WiM for Submeasure 1.3.2 Companies in the initial phase of development, in particular in the field of thematic objective 3. Strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs (the applicant belongs to these groups of entities); Objective of specific sub-measure: Better conditions for SME development – the project will increase the level of business creation and private investment complementing public support for businesses. The priority axis “Intelligent Economy of Warmia and Mazury” was designed to increase the innovativeness and competitiveness of the region’s economy, their survival, modernity, upgrading and expanding product and service offer. This objective will be achieved by extracting the potential of companies operating in the voivodship based on their competitiveness with innovative solutions. Project The applicant is in line with these assumptions through the implementation of the investment affecting its innovation and competitiveness. (English)
