Com esta intervenção, pretende-se acrescer à qualificação funcional e infraestrutural dos arruamentos, uma dimensão humana e ambiental e funcional, na medida em que os arruamentos são vistos também como percursos pedonais aos quais, no seu trajeto, são oferecidos espaços de estar, descanso e convívio, integrando e valorizando os espaços marginais existentes numa ideia de continuidade e transição da área verde envolvente.
