„Przedszkole Bratek- moja edukacja i szansa na integrację” to projekt zakładający zwiększenie szans edukacyjnych i możliwości integracji na poziomie przedszkolnym co w efekcie stanowi dla części dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami szansę na realizację dalszej edukacji w systemie edukacji włączającej poprzez znaczne ograniczenie skutków niepełnosprawności. Działania w ramach projektu zostały skierowane do dzieci posiadających orzeczenie o potrzebie kształcenia specjalnego, z uwagi na różne typy niepełnosprawności (autyzm, niepełnosprawność intelektualna i ruchowa, deficyty zmysłów, niepełnosprawności sprzężone) z terenu powiatu: myśliborskiego, choszczeńskiego i pyrzyckiego. W projekcie zaplanowano następujące działania merytoryczne: 1. Dostosowanie istniejących miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego poprzez udział 2 asyst dzieci z niepełnospr w celu wsparcia indywidualnych oddziaływań edu- ter w trakcie pobytu w placówce oraz dostosowanie i doposaż placówki do potrzeb wynikających z niepełnosprawności, m.in.: przystosowanie sal edukacyjnych, monitoring, specjalistyczny sprzęt IT i oprogramowanie oraz pomoce dydaktyczne (TYP 2). Dodatkowe zajęcia specjalistyczne, kluczowe z perspektywy wyrównywania deficytów w edukacji przedszkolnej, w tym terapii pedagogicznej, realizację zajęć organizowanych poza OWP, w tym zajęć integracyjnych i treningów specjalistycznych realizowanych w domach dzieci (TYP 3). Doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji naucz. OWP poprzez szkolenia doskonalące, konsultacje merytoryczne (TYP 6). Projekt realizowany będzie w ramach działania 8.1, typ projektu: 2,3 oraz 6. Projekt spełnia kryterium premiujące nr 1- 40% grupy docelowej to osoby niepełnosp. Dod zaj w OWP, w analogicznym zakresie obszarowym, co do treści i odbiorców nie były realizowane ze środków EFS od co najmniej 12 m-cy, poprzedz dzień złożenia wniosku o dofinansowanie. “Preschool Bratek – my education and an opportunity for integration” is a project aimed at increasing educational opportunities and integration opportunities at pre-school level, which in turn represents an opportunity for some children with disabilities to carry out further education in the inclusive education system by significantly reducing the impact of disability. The activities of the project were addressed to children with a certificate of need for special education, due to various types of disability (autism, intellectual and motor disability, sensory deficits, coupled disability) from the district: Myśliborski, Choszczński and Pyrzycki. The following substantive activities are planned in the project: 1. Adaptation of existing pre-primary upbringing places through the participation of 2 assists of children from undergraduate children in order to support individual interactions of edu-ter during the stay at the institution and adaptation and retrofitting of the facility to the needs of disability, including: adaptation of educational rooms, monitoring, specialised IT equipment and software and teaching aids (Type 2). Additional specialised activities, key from the perspective of compensating for deficits in pre-school education, including pedagogical therapy, the implementation of classes organised outside the PLO, including integration classes and specialist training in children’s homes (Type 3). Improving skills, competences teach. PLO through improvement training, substantive consultations (Type 6). The project will be implemented under measure 8.1, type of project: 2,3 and 6. The project meets the award criterion no. 1-40 % of the target group are part of the group. The DPA in the PLO, in the same area area, as to the content and recipients were not implemented from ESF funds from at least 12 months, prior to the date of submission of the application for funding.
