Projekt realizowany będzie od 07.08.2019 do 31.12.2020 w ramach 1 zadania: Translokacja zabytkowego wiatraka koźlaka wraz z jego konserwacją i adaptacją na cele kulturalne. Projekt będzie polegał na translokacji zabytkowego wiatraka koźlaka na teren Skansenu Olenderskiego w Prusimiu wraz z jego renowacją, konserwacją oraz adaptacją na cele kulturalne, poprzez utworzenie muzeum młynarstwa. Realizacja projektu będzie obejmowała następujące prace (realizowane w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”):1) Rozwiązania konstrukcyjno-materiałowe podstawowych elementów konstrukcyjnych.2) Rozmontowanie obiektu-koszty poza proj. 3) Przewiezienie-koszty poza proj. 4) Odbudowa5) Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej.Dodatkowo w ramach realizacji projektu zostaną wykonane następujące prace:1) Montaż instalacji alarmowej oraz monitoringu2) Adaptacja wiatraka na cele kulturalne 3) Zagospodarowanie terenu wokół wiatraka (600 m2):• Utwardzenie terenu-koszty poza proj.• Oświetlenie terenu i wnętrza wiatraka (lampy z panelami słonecznymi - 4 lamp zewnętrznych i 10 lamp wewnętrznych),• Wykonanie ogrodzenia (80 mb), • Montaż altany dydaktycznej z ławkami - 1 komplet-koszty poza proj.• Zakup tablic przeznaczonych do oznakowania budowli zabytkowych Ponadto w ramach proj.zostaną poniesione koszty związane z promocją projektu (w tym oznakowanie dokumentacji,plakaty, informacje na stronie www., infokiosk, wykonanie filmu i prezentacji multimedialnej promujących projekt oraz dokumentujące historię i prace zw.z translokacją i wiatraka) i opracowaniem studium wykonalnościOdbiorcami przedmiotowego proj.będzie głównie społeczność lokalna oraz ponadlokalna,a także Skansen Olenderski,Fundacja Olandia,Gmina Kwilcz i całe Woj.Wielkopolskie. W wyniku realizacji proj.osiągnięte zostaną produkty (rok 2020):-Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem - 1 szt.-Liczba instytucji kultury objętych wsparciem - 1 szt.-Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt. The project will be implemented from 07.08.2019 to 31.12.2020 under 1 task: Translocation of the old goat windmill with its conservation and adaptation for cultural purposes. The project will consist of translocating the historic goat windmill into the Olender Skansen in Prusim, together with its renovation, conservation and adaptation to cultural purposes, through the creation of a milling museum. The implementation of the project will include the following works (implemented in the formula “design and build”):1) Construction and material solutions of the basic structural elements.2) dismantling the object-costs outside the project. 3) Carriage-costs beyond projj. 4) Reconstruction5) Elaboration of technical documentation. Additionally, the following works will be carried out as part of the project implementation: 1) Installation of alarm system and monitoring 2) Adaptation of the windmill for cultural purposes 3) Land development around the windmill (600 m²):• Preservation of the site-costs outside the project• Lighting of the windmill and interior (lamps with solar panels – 4 outdoor lamps and 10 indoor lamps), • Production of fences (80 mb), • Installation of the teaching gazebo with benches – 1 set-cost outside the project.• Purchase of boards intended for marking historic buildings. Furthermore, as part of the project, there will be incurred costs related to the promotion of the project (including marking documentation, postages, information on the website, infokiosk, making a film and multimedia presentation promoting the project, documenting history and works with translocation and windmill) and developing a feasibility study. as well as the Olender Skansen, the Olandia Foundation, the Municipality of Kwilcz and the entire Wielkopolska Voivodeship. As a result of the project, products will be achieved (year 2020):-Number of real estate monuments supported – 1 piece-Number of supported cultural institutions – 1 piece-Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities – 1 piece.
