CEL GŁÓWNY: Poprawa funkcjonowania 25 ON (10 K i 15 M) w środowisku szkolnym, rodzinnym z 25 rodzin (23 K, 2 M) zagroż. ubóstwem i wyklucz. społ. zamieszkujących na terenie PS poprzez utworzenie PWD w formie opiekuńczo-specjalistycznej tj. Świetlicy terapeutycznej, współpracującej z rodzinami ON od 07.2020-04.2023. GD stanowią 25 R przeżywających trudności w wypełnianiu funkcji opiek.-wychow. ze względu na ON, korzyst. lub kwalifik.ze świadczeń z pomocy. GŁÓWNE DZIAŁANIA: • pomoc w opiece i wychowaniu dziecka poprzez usługi PWD w formie OPIEKUŃCZEJ (pomoc w nauce, organizacja czasu wolnego, zajęcia z 3 kompet. kluczowych, arteterapii) i SPECJALISTYCZNEJ (zajęcia logopedyczne i terapeutyczne, socjoterapia, terapia psycholog. i pedagogiczna); • Zespół ds. pracy z rodziną (konsultacje, poradnictwo specjalistyczne, prawne, psychologiczne, realizacja gr wsparcia). MAIN OBJECTIVE: Improvement of the functioning of 25 ONs (10 K and 15 M) in the school environment, family environment of 25 families (23 K, 2 M) at risk of poverty and exclusion of the population living in the territory of the PS by creating a PWD in the form of a caring and specialised form, i.e. Rehabilitation centre, working with ON families since 07.2020-04.2023. GDs are 25 Rs experiencing difficulties in fulfilling the functions of childcare. due to the ON, advantage or eligibility of assistance benefits. MAIN ACTIONS: • assistance in the care and upbringing of the child through PWD services in the form of care (help in science, organisation of leisure time, classes with 3 key subjects, artetherapy) and specialised (logic and therapeutic classes, sociotherapy, psychologist therapy and pedagogical therapy); • Family work team (consultation, specialist, legal, psychological counselling, implementation of a support game).
