W ramach projektu, na dachu budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego zostanie zabudowana instalacja solarna, która wykorzystuje promieniowanie słoneczne do produkcji energii cieplnej. Uzyskana energia będzie użytkowana na bieżąco na potrzeby własne mieszkańców przedmiotowego budynku do podgrzewania wody użytkowej.
