Cel:Przywrócenie the capacity of 40 inhabitants of Lubuskie Province[WL] (52 %K) to participate in socio-professional life, unemployed, at risk of poverty or social exclusion by improving their employability in occupations compatible with the needs of the local labour market[RP] over the period 9/20-12/21. Target Group[GD]-40 persons (21K/19M) of which at least 15 % of the GD are persons with disabilities[OzN], at risk of poverty or exclusion, who will meet the criteria on the date of the first form of support: — Age 18-64 – Residence, according to the CC only in rural areas of WL – Status of passive profession or unemployed registered/unregistered in PUP ZAKRES WSPARCIA: — Development of Individual Paths of Reintegration [IŚR] – Training of social competences and skills [TKIUS] – Job search workshops [WPP] – Vocational training – Traineeships – Employment mediation – Legal guidance – Support to a job trainer RESULTATY: — Min. 34 % of GD will improve its social situation. — Min. 30 % of GD will get professional qualifications – Min. 14 % of GD will take trouble after completing the project.
