Zadanie jest efektem prac zainicjowanych w 2015 r. przez Samorząd Woj. Dolnośląskiego, Gminę Wrocław, Gminę Siechnice przy udziale przedstawicieli RZGW we Wrocławiu mających na celu podjęcie działań na rzecz uporządkowania gospodarki wodami opadowymi na styku obu gmin w obszarze zlewni rzeki Oławy. Przeprowadzone prace projektowe wskazały szereg inwestycji mających na celu poprawę retencji wód na ww. obszarze- mi.in. w postaci budowy zbiornika wielofunkcyjnego w m. Smardzów. Zadanie zakłada realizację inwestycji publicznej polegającej na budowie małego zbiornika retencyjnego w m. Smardzów przy drodze powiatowej nr 1938 D Żerniki Wrocławskie- Smardzów- Święta Katarzyna (gmina Siechnice, Powiat Wrocławski) pomiędzy linią kolejową 276 a ujściem rowu BR 25 do Brochówki, będącej dopływem rzeki Oławy. Zakres projektu obejmuje 3 zadania i 11 działań: opracowanie dokumentacji tech. i projektowej, pozyskanie gruntu, roboty budowlane, nadzór, promocję i informację: tablic. informacyjną, pamiątkową, ogłoszenia prasowe, działania edukacyjne ( w ramach narzędzia cross- financing) : plakaty i ulotki informacyjne, konferencje edukacyjne, strona www. Projekt zakłada wykonanie zbiornika o pojemności i objętości retencjonowanej wody- 55000 m3. Wielkość zbiornika zgodnie z standardami małej retencji. Będzie on składał się z części suchej i mokrej w jego projektowaniu wykorzystano wytyczne wskazane w SZOOP RPO WD 2014-2020 dla działania 4.5a. Cele projektu: pkt. C.1. wniosku, szczegółowy opis rzeczowy- pkt. D.3, Studium Wykonalności: zakres rzeczowy przed. Projekt posiada pełną dokumentację tech., projektową,przetargową planowy termin pozyskania zgody na realizację inwestycji: 31.08.2019 r. Zadanie realizuje zapisy szeregu dok. planowania strategicznego w tym Strategii ZIT WrOF. Samodzielnym inwestorem i operatorem projektu jest gmina Siechnice w oparciu o zasoby Urzędu Miejskiego i zapisy PZP. (Polish)

The task is the result of work initiated in 2015 by the Local Government of the Wars. Dolnośląskie, Municipality of Wrocław, Municipality of Siechnice with the participation of representatives of the RZGW in Wrocław aimed at taking measures to organise the management of rainwater at the intersection of both municipalities in the catchment area of the river Oława. The design work carried out indicated a number of investments aimed at improving water retention in the above-mentioned area, including the construction of a multifunctional reservoir in Smardzów. The task involves the implementation of a public investment consisting of the construction of a small retention reservoir in the town of Smardzów on the district road no. 1938 D Żerniki Wrocławskie- Smardzów- Święta Katarzyna (municipality of Siechnice, Powiat Wrocławski) between railway line 276 and the outlet of the BR 25 ditch to Brochówka, the tributary of the Oława river. The scope of the project covers 3 tasks and 11 actions: preparation of technical and design documentation, land acquisition, construction works, supervision, promotion and information: information boards, commemorative boards, press releases, educational activities (as part of the cross-financing tool): posters and information leaflets, educational conferences, website. The project involves the construction of a tank with a capacity and a volume of water retention – 55000 m³. The size of the tank according to the standards of small retention. It will consist of a dry and wet part in its design using the guidelines indicated in the SZOOP ROP PP 2014-2020 for measure 4.5a. Objectives of the project: paragraph. C.1. of the application, detailed material description – point. D.3, Feasibility Study: material range before. The project has full technical documentation, design, tender, planned deadline for obtaining consent for the implementation of the investment: 31.08.2019 The task implements a number of strategic planning documents including the ITI WrOF Strategy. The independent investor and operator of the project is the municipality of Siechnice based on the resources of the Municipal Office and the provisions of the PZP. (English)
