Przedmiotem Projektu jest budowa budynku użyteczności publicznej – budynku sali gimnastycznej o znacznie podwyższonych parametrach charakterystyki energetycznej zlokalizowanego w miejscowości Orzeszków, w gminie Wińsko. Analizowany Projekt jest elementem programu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Wińsko. Zakres Projektu obejmuje: •opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej •budowa i wyposażenie budynku demonstracyjnego sali gimnastycznej •nadzór inwestorski •obsługa geodezyjna i geologiczna •promocja projektu, w tym zakup tablicy informacyjnej i tablic pamiątkowych i przedstawiających efekty ekologiczne. Obiekt będzie w modelowy sposób realizował dyrektywę Unii Europejskiej dotyczącą wymogu budownictwa „o niemal zerowym zużyciu energii” przez budynki zajmowane przez instytucje publiczne. Budynek zaprojektowano w standardzie niskoenergetycznym z zaawansowaną technologicznie i innowacyjną częścią instalacyjną, która wykorzystywać będzie odnawialne źródła energii i system monitoringu i zarządzania energią. Projekt ma charakter demonstracyjny. W okresie trwałości projektu budynek wykorzystywany jest do realizacji podstawowej funkcji użyteczności publicznej, z jednoczesnym udostępnieniem budynku dla zwiedzających w celu zapoznania się z zastosowanymi rozwiązaniami. Inwestycja zostanie zrealizowana w latach 2020-2021 w ramach 4 zamówień publicznych. Beneficjentem Projektu jest Gmina Wińsko. Operatorem projektu będzie Szkoła Podstawowa im. Jana Markiewicza w Orzeszkowie-jednostka budżetowa Gminy. System zarządzania Projektem na etapie wdrażania, będzie gwarantować jego sprawną realizację zgodnie z przyjętym harmonogramem oraz bezproblemowe rozliczenia z instytucją współfinansującą. Wnioskodawca posiada zdolność organizacyjną i finansową do utrzymania projektu. W okresie trwałości Projektu zapewnione zostaną niezbędne środki do utrzymania wybudowanej infrastruktury. W okresie wymaganej trwałości nie przewiduje się modyfikacji, która naruszy zasadę trwałości Projektu. (Polish)

The object of the project is the construction of a public utility building – the building of a gym with significantly increased energy performance parameters located in the village of Orzeszków, in the municipality of Wińsko. The project is part of the Low-Emission Economy Programme for the Municipality of Wińsko. The scope of the project includes: •development of technical documentation •construction and equipment of the gym demonstration building •investor supervision •geological and geological services •promotion of the project, including the purchase of information boards and commemorative boards showing environmental effects. The facility will implement in a model way the European Union Directive on the requirement of “nearly zero energy” buildings occupied by public bodies. The building is designed in a low-energy standard with a high-tech and innovative installation part that will use renewable energy sources and a monitoring and energy management system. The project is demonstrative. During the lifetime of the project, the building is used to perform a basic public utility function, while making the building available to visitors in order to get acquainted with the solutions used. The investment will be carried out in 2020-2021 under 4 public procurements. The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Wińsko. The project will be operated by the Jan Markiewicz Primary School in Orzeszków – the budget unit of the Municipality. The project management system at the implementation stage will guarantee its smooth implementation in accordance with the agreed timetable and smooth settlements with the co-financing institution. The applicant shall have the organisational and financial capacity to maintain the project. During the lifetime of the Project, the necessary resources will be provided to maintain the built infrastructure. During the period of required durability, no modification is foreseen that would violate the principle of durability of the Project. (English)
