Projektom "Zaželi bolji život u Općini Darda" zaposlilo bi se 10 žena koje se nalaze u nepovoljnom položaju na tržištu rada sa zadatkom da na području Općine Darda skrbe o starijima i nemoćnima u ugroženim kućanstvima. Time bi se poticalo zapošljavanje starijih žena od 50 godina ili druge kategorije nezaposlenih žena iz poziva za prijavitelje, kako bi dalje konkurirale na tržištu rada, te poboljšanje životnih uvjeta starijih osoba koje se teško skrbe o sebi i vlastitom domaćinstvu ( ukupno četrdeset korisnika). The project “wants a better life in the Municipality of Darda” would employ 10 women who are disadvantaged on the labour market with the task of taking care of the elderly and of vulnerable households in the Municipality of Darda. This would foster the employment of older women aged 50 years or other categories of unemployed women from the call for applicants, to remain in competition with the labour market, and to improve the living conditions of elderly people difficult to care for themselves and home (a total of forty beneficiaries).
