    Postojeće ICT aplikacije HVZ-a pokrivaju radne procese u vatrogastvu i trenutno ih koristi samo dio vatrogasaca (njih 2780). Aplikacije HVZ-a zahtijevaju upućenost u način korištenja i poznavanje vatrogasnih procesa. Nužno je podizanje znanja vatrogasaca u primjeni informatičkih tehnologija kako bi se mogla koristiti opisana aplikativna rješenja. eHVZ će kroz projektne cikluse (5 u 5 godina) omogućiti sistematiziranu edukaciju u svim vatrogasnim organizacijama i poboljšavanje operativne funkcionalnosti usluga HVZ-a na cijelom teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.
