    Projektom se izvodi zahvat na zgradi Centar socijalne psihijatrije i rehabilitacije u cilju povećanja energetske učinkovitosti kroz smanjenje godišnje potrebe toplinske energije za 71,40% te smanjenje emisije CO2 za 60,71 %.Planira se izvesti dodatna toplinska zaštita vanjske ovojnice zgrade,stropa prema negrijanom tavanu,poda prema tlu te zamjena stolarije.Predviđa se promjena sistema grijanja i hlađenja na sistem dizalica topline (zrak-voda).Modernizirati će se unutarnja rasvjeta,izvesti sustav zaštite od munje te elektroinstalacija uz termotehniku.Rekonstruirati će se razdjelni ormari, zamijeniti instalacije snage, utičnica i slabe struje.Ciljana skupina je Psihijatrijska bolnica Ugljan, a posredno zaposlenici i korisnici usluga bolnice.
