Problem poduzeća Plastform d.o.o. jest manjak proizvodnih i skladišnih kapaciteta i suboptimalno upravljanje procesima PROIZVODNJE, SKLADIŠTENJA, NABAVE i LOGISTIKE koje rezultira rasipanjem resursa (sirovine i materijali, vrijeme), odnosno smanjuje konkurentnost prijavitelja što predstavlja opasnost po ostvarivanje zacrtanih poslovnih ciljeva, odnosno opasnost u provedbi planiranog rasta volumena proizvodnje. Cilj projekta jest optimizacija poslovnih procesa proizvodnje, skladištenja, nabave i logistike koja će se postići implementacijom odgovarajućih IKT rješenja i integracijom u postojeći ERP sustav.Ciljne skupine jesu zaposlenici, klijenti i dobavljači. The problem of Platforma d.o.o. is the lack of productive and storage capacity and a suboptimal management of the production processes, the STORAGE, the NAFO and the logistics, which results in a waste of resources (raw materials and materials, time), or reduces the competitiveness of the applicant, which poses a risk to the achievement of the business objectives set out, namely the risk in the implementation of the planned growth in the volume of production. The aim of the project is to optimise the business process of production, storage, supply and logistics through the implementation of the relevant ICT solutions and integrating into the existing ERP system.The objective groups shall be employees, customers and suppliers.
