Vizija je obrta postati regionalno respektabilan i prepoznatljiv čimbenik u graditeljstvu, što podrazumijeva:- zadržavanje postojećih kupaca- pridobivanje novih kupaca- stvaranje (pozitivne) prepoznatljivosti u javnosti.Spomenuto će rezultirati novim izazovima za obrt, ponajviše sa stajališta:- kompleksnosti poslovnih procesa- upravljanja rizicima- upravljanja dokumentiranim informacijama- stvaranja troškovno održivog poslovanja.Ovim će se izazovima doskočiti uspostavljanjem i svakodnevnom primjenom integriranog sustava upravljanja procesima, kvalitetom, okolišem i sigurnošću, uspostavljenog shodno zahtjevima normi ISO 9001, ISO 14001 i ISO 45001.Projekt će:- trajati 10 mjeseci- uključivati zaposlenike na svim razinama.
