Przedmiotem proj.jest wykonanie prac poprawiających efektywność energetyczną budynku Urzędu Gminy przy ulicy Konopnickiej 26 w Baniach Mazurskich. W wyniku realizacji proj. nastąpi głęboka kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku publicznego. Zakres prac: -Docieplenie ściany wewn. na poddaszu od strony nieogrzewanego strychu warstwą izolacji termicznej ze styropianu lub wełny mineralnej gr. 18 cm -Docieplenie stropu pod nieogrzewanym strychem nad ogrzewanym poddaszem płytami z wełny mineralnej gr. 25 cm wraz z rozebraniem istniejącej podłogi (na części stropu) i wykonaniem nowej z desek lub płyt OSB -Docieplenie ścian zewn. płytami ze styropianu lub wełny mineralnej gr. 16 cm -Wymiana kilku starych okien drewnianych na nowe PCV (z montażem nawiewników higrosterowanych) -Docieplenie połaci dachowej (w części ogrzewanej poddasza) od góry płytami z wełny mineralnej wraz z rozebraniem istniejącego pokrycia dachowego, z dostosowaniem konstrukcji dachu do nowej warstwy izolacji termicznej. Docieplenie warstwą wełny mineralnej gr. 25 cm -Wymiana drzwi wejściowych zewn. na nowe aluminiowe izolowane termicznie -Wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej PV na dachu budynku -Wydatek niekwalifikowalny: -Wymiana starego kotła na paliwo stałe (węgiel) na nowy kocioł na paliwo ciekłe (olej opałowy), płukanie i regulacja instalacji wraz z wymianą przewodów w piwnicy na nowe izolowane i dostosowanie kotłowni do nowego źródła ciepła (roboty budowlane, elektryczne i instalacyjne). The object of the project is to carry out works improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Municipality Office at 26 Konopnicka Street in Baniach Mazurskie. The project will result in a deep comprehensive energy modernisation of the public building. Scope of work: — Insulation of the inner wall on the attic side of the unheated attic with a layer of thermal insulation made of polystyrene or mineral wool g. 18 cm – Warming of the ceiling under the unheated attic over the heated attic panels of mineral wool g. 25 cm, with demolition of the existing floor (on the part of the ceiling) and the making of a new plank or OSB boards – Insulation of external walls with polystyrene or wool panels mineral gr. 16 cm -Replacement of several old wooden windows with new PVC (with installation of hygro-steered ventilators) – Warming of the roof (in the heated part of the attic) from the top with mineral wool panels along with demolition of the existing roof covering, with adaptation of the roof structure to the new layer of thermal insulation. Insulation with a layer of mineral wool gr. 25 cm -Replacement of external entrance doors with new thermally insulated aluminium -PV photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building -Ineligible allowance: —The replacement of the old solid fuel boiler (coal) with a new boiler for liquid fuel (heat oil), rinsing and adjustment of the installation together with the replacement of the pipes in the basement with new insulated boilers and adaptation of the boiler room to the new heat source (construction, electrical and installation work).
