Przedmiotowa inwestycja zlokalizowana jest w powiecie namysłowskim w m. Namysłów. Obejmuje przebudowę drogi wojewódzkiej nr 451 o długości 1,02km na odcinku od km 26+980 do km 28+000. W ramach przedsięwzięcia wykonana zostanie budowa nowego zjazdu do strefy ekonomicznej oraz budowa pasów wyłączenia z drogi wojewódzkiej. Planuje się między innymi wykonanie robót obejmujących rozbiórkę istniejącej nawierzchni jezdni i budowę nowej nawierzchni jezdni o parametrach dla kategorii ruchu KR3 oraz uzyskania nośności nawierzchni 115 kN/oś. Ponadto planuje się budowę i przebudowę zjazdów, budowę wyspy azylu dla pieszych, budowę wyspy kryjącej oraz budowę ścieżki pieszo rowerowej. Planuje się również budowę i przebudowę odwodnienia drogi w tym kanalizacji deszczowej, budowę drenu francuskiego, zarurowanie rowów drogowych. Ponadto zaplanowano przebudowę i budowę oświetlenia drogowego wraz budową oświetlenia wyspy azylu dla pieszych oraz wyniesionej wyspy kryjącej pas lewoskrętu oraz budowę znaków aktywnych. Planuje się także wykonanie elementów bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego jak punktowe elementy odblaskowe i płyty integracyjne. Within the framework of the project, the construction of a new exit to the economic zone and the construction of the exclusion lanes from the provincial road will be carried out. It is intended, inter alia, to carry out the works consisting of the demolition of the existing road surface and the construction of a new road pavement with parameters for the country of movement of the KR3 and the acquisition of a pavement capacity of 115 kN/axle. In addition, the construction and conversion of exits is planned, the construction of an asylum island for pedestrians, the construction of an island and the construction of a cycle foot path. The construction and reconstruction of the road including the storm-water drainage system, the construction of the French drainage ditch and the construction of road ditches are also planned. In addition, it is planned to rebuild and build a road lighting together with the construction of an asylum island for pedestrians and the surrounding island of lying levoturning strip and the construction of active marks. It is also intended that road safety features such as point reflective elements and inclusive plates are also planned.
