Projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzebę wsparcia osób pracujących, bezrobotnych i powracających na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka. Wsparcie takich osób przyczyni się do ich aktywizacji zawodowej i chęci podjęcia pracy, a także zniwelowania ujemnych skutków długotrwałego pozostawania poza rynkiem pracy. Dla osób pracujących, projekt będzie generował pozytywny efekt w postaci utrzymania pracy. Poprzez dofinansowanie miejsc w żłobku zostaną uruchomione mechanizmy wspierające uczestników w zakresie podejmowania inicjatyw zmierzających do powrotu do pracy lub utrzymania pracy. Szczególnym wsparciem w projekcie objęte zostaną osoby samotnie wychowujące dziecko lub z rodzin wielodzietnych a także z niepełnosprawnościami, jako że są to grupy szczególnie narażone na wykluczenie z rynku pracy lub o będących w gorszym położeniu jeśli chodzi o możliwości powrotu na rynek pracy. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do upowszechnienia tej formy opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 , a co za tym idzie w przyszłości coraz więcej osób będzie mogło podjąć działania aktywnego powrotu na rynek pracy. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte od 01.09.2020 do 31.08.2021r. Wartość projektu: 410000zł. Wnioskowane dofinansowanie: 346000zł. Projekt obejmie wsparciem 40 osób. Zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: -Liczba osób: - które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie, po opuszczeniu program:36 -opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem: 40 -pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu: 4 -Liczba podmiotów wykorzystujących TIK: 1 -Liczba refundacji czesnego: 480 (Polish)

The project responds to the need to support people in work, the unemployed and returning to the labour market after a break related to the birth/education of a child. Supporting such people will contribute to their activation and willingness to work, as well as to mitigate the negative effects of long-term stay out of the labour market. For people working, the project will generate a positive effect in the form of maintaining work. By co-financing places in the crèche, mechanisms will be put in place to support participants in taking initiatives aimed at returning to work or maintaining work. Special support will be given to single parents or from large families and with disabilities, as they are particularly vulnerable to exclusion from the labour market or disadvantaged in terms of reintegration into the labour market. The implementation of the project will contribute to the dissemination of this form of childcare for children up to the age of 3, and thus, in the future, more and more people will be able to take action to actively re-enter the labour market. The objectives of the project will be achieved from 01/09/2020 to 31/08/2021. Value of the project: PLN 410000. Funding requested: PLN 346,000. The project will support 40 people. The following indicators will be achieved: —Number of people: — who have returned to the labour market after a child-bearing break or have remained in employment after leaving the scheme:36 – caring for children up to 3 years of age supported: 40 – Existing unemployed persons who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the programme: 4 -Number of ICT users: 1 -Number of tuition refunds: 480 (English)
