Wsparcie kierowane jest do wszystkich OWP podlegających pod Gminę Zblewo i zlokalizowanych na jej terenie: 2 przedszkoli oraz 4 oddziałów przedszkolnych, w których zdiagnozowano podobne bariery i potrzeby edu. Zakres wsparcia oraz grupę docelową określono na podstawie „Diagnozy przeprowadzonej w OWP Gminy Zblewo w celu określenia zadań projektowych w ramach RPO WP Działanie 3.1 Edukacja przedszkolna.” zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący w dniu 18.03.2016 r. Celem głównym proj. jest utworzenie 12 trwałych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego. Ponadto zaplanowane działania mają na celu podniesienie wiedzy, umiejętności i potencjału edu. dzieci poprzez objęcie ich wsparciem w postaci dodatkowych zajęć, a także trwała poprawa atrakcyjności i efektywności zajęć w przedszkolach objętych proj. dzięki doposażeniu bazy dydaktycznej oraz podniesieniu kompetencji n-li. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty do 30.06.2018r. poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych uwzględniających potrzeby i oczekiwania dzieci, rodziców oraz kadry pedagogicznej: a)utworzenie 12 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dzięki adaptacji pomieszczeń w ZSP Bytonia; b)realizację dodatkowych zajęć dla 268 dzieci (135dz/133chł)-wzrost kompetencji u 90% uczestników zajęć i szkoleń: -rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe i społ.; -dostosowanych do potrzeb dzieci o specjalnych potrzebach edu., w tym dzieci niepełnosprawnych; -wykorzystujących nowe formy i programy nauczania w celu rozbudzenia kreatywności dzieci przy wykorzystaniu narzędzi TIK; c)realizację szkoleń dla 12 n-li (12K/0M) pozwalających na zdobycie kompetencji w zakresie zidentyfikowanych potrzeb edu. dzieci; d)realizację szkoleń dla rodziców pozwalających poznać proces rozwoju ich dzieci, przyczyniających się do pełniejszej współpracy z przedszkolem; e)doposażenie przedszkoli w narzędzia dydaktyczne i sprzęt TIK. Najważniejszymi efektami proj. będzie utworzenie nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego oraz zwiększenie nauczania opartego o narzędzia TIK. (Polish)

The support is addressed to all the PLO who are subject to the Municipality of Wubleft and located on its territory: 2 kindergartens and 4 pre-school branches, where similar barriers and EDUs’ needs were diagnosed. The scope of the support and the target group were determined on the basis of the ‘diagnosis carried out at the PLO Municipality’s PLO to define the project tasks within the ROP PP Action 3.1 Pre-school Education.’ approved by the authority running on 18.03.2016. the principal purpose of the project is the creation of 12 permanent establishments for pre-school education. In addition, the planned activities aim at increasing the knowledge, skills and potential of education of children by providing them with support in the form of additional activities, as well as on improving the attractiveness and efficiency of the activities in kindergartens in need through the retrofitting of the teaching base and the increase of competences of n-li. This will be achieved by 30.06.2018 through specific objectives that take into account the needs and expectations of children, parents and pedagogical staff: a) the creation of 12 new pre-school education places through the adaptation of premises in the ZSP Bytonia; b) additional activities for 268 children (135dz/133chł) — an increase in competences for 90 % of participants in activities and training: — developing key and social competences; Tailored children with special needs of the EDU, including children with disabilities; — making use of new forms and curricula in order to foster the creativity of children using ICT tools; (c) providing training for 12 n-li (12K/0M) in order to acquire competences for the needs identified. (D) providing training for parents to familiarise themselves with the development of their children, contributing to a more complete cooperation with the pre-school; (e) providing nursery tools for teaching tools and ICT equipment. The key results of the project will be the creation of new pre-school places and the increased teaching of ICT tools. (English)
