SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest uzyskanie prawa ochrony własności przemysłowej w postaci patentu na innowacyjną technologię związaną z chowem i hodowlą owadów na cele paszowe. Ochrona ta dotyczyć ma państw, które są rynkami zbytu produktów oraz rynkiem dostaw technologii, które w przyszłości będzie oferował Wnioskodawca. Wybór państw wynika z doświadczenia Wnioskodawcy dotyczącej rynku hodowli owadów i rozwoju innowacji oraz ze współpracy z rzecznikami patentowymi. Selekcja krajów jest także decyzją biznesową dotyczącą przyszłych potencjalnych rynków zbytu dla produktów i technologii wnioskodawcy. Analiza krajów została przygotowana w oparciu o współpracę z IPIFF (International Platform for Insects as Food And Feed). Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje zgłoszenie ośmiu zgłoszeń jednego patentu w celu objęcia ochroną w procedurze europejskiej, euroazjatyckiej, a także wejście w fazy regionalne i krajowe na wybranych obszarach. Planowany patent dotyczy innowacyjnej, opracowanej przez Wnioskodawcę technologii przepływowego ogrzewania paszy dla owadów. Uzyskanie ochrony prawnej umożliwi firmie wejście na nowe rynki zbytu jako dostawcy technologii dla dynamicznie rozwijającej się gałęzi rynku oraz zagwarantuje silną pozycję konkurencyjną. Koszty związane z uzyskaniem ochrony zostały oszacowane na podstawie aktualnie obowiązujących stawek i ofert uzyskanych od kancelarii patentowych. Poszczególne zadania zdefiniowane w projekcie będą realizowane przez wybranego zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności rzecznika patentowego posiadającego kompetencje do prowadzenia tego typu postępowań przed odpowiednimi instytucjami. Obejmują one wszystkie niezbędne czynności do przeprowadzenia procesu ochrony wynalazku. (Polish)

SA 42799(2015/X) The object of the project is to obtain the right to protect industrial property in the form of a patent for innovative technology related to the rearing and breeding of insects for feed purposes. This protection applies to countries which are the markets for the sale of products and the market for the supply of technologies that the Applicant will offer in the future. The choice of countries is based on the Applicant’s experience in the market for insect farming and the development of innovation and from cooperation with patent attorneys. The selection of countries is also a business decision regarding future potential outlets for the applicant’s products and technologies. The country analysis was based on cooperation with IPIFF (International Platform for Insects as Food And Feed). The substantive scope of the project covers the application of eight applications for a single patent for protection under the European, Eurasian procedure, as well as entry into regional and national phases in selected areas. The planned patent relates to the innovative technology developed by the Applicant for flow-based heating of insect feed. Obtaining legal protection will enable the company to enter new outlets as a technology provider for a dynamically developing market and guarantee a strong competitive position. The costs associated with obtaining protection were estimated on the basis of the currently applicable rates and offers obtained from patent firms. The individual tasks defined in the project will be carried out by a patent attorney selected in accordance with the principle of competitiveness, who is competent to conduct such proceedings before the relevant institutions. These include all necessary steps to carry out the process of protecting the invention. (English)
