Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie szanse na zatrudnienie 200 (101K 99M) mieszkańców m. Radom, wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym oraz zapobieganie zjawisku wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa, poprzez podniesiony poziom efektywności społecznej (min. 34%) i efektywności zatrudnieniowej (min. 25%) wśród osób z grupy docelowej – cel zostanie osiągnięty do 31.12.2022r. dzięki kompleksowemu wsparciu w postaci usług aktywnej integracji w projekcie. Projekt skierowany jest do 200 bezrobotnych mieszkańców m. Radom, którzy nie korzystali i nie korzystają ze wsparcia oferowanego w proj. pozakonkursowych wyłonionych w naborze RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. Do udziału w projekcie preferowane będą osoby korzystające z PO PŻ. Planowane wskaźniki realizacji projektu to: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie (200os.); Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu (120os.); Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) – 50os. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację 6 Zadań: (1) Diagnoza indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów uczestników projektu, na potrzeby opracowania ścieżki reintegracji - opracowanie IPD, (2) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, (3) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym - poradnictwo zawodowe, (4) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze edukacyjnym, (5) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym - pośrednictwo pracy, (6) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym – staże zawodowe. Projekt realizowany jest z podmiotem ekonomii społecznej. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 200 (101K 99M) residents of the Council, excluded and at risk of social exclusion and to prevent social exclusion and poverty, through increased social efficiency (minimum 34 %) and employment efficiency (minimum 25 %) among the target group – the target will be achieved by 31.12.2022 through comprehensive support in the form of active inclusion services in the project. The project is aimed at 200 unemployed residents of Radom who have not benefited from and do not benefit from the support offered in the non-competition project selected in the vacancy RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. To participate in the project will be preferred people who benefit from the PŻ OP. The planned project implementation indicators are: Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported by the programme (200 persons); Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme (120 persons); Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in post-programme employment (including self-employed) – 50 persons. As part of the project, 6 tasks are planned: (1) Diagnosis of the individual needs and potentials of project participants for the development of reintegration pathways – development of IPDs, (2) Active inclusion instruments of a social nature, (3) Vocational active inclusion instruments – career guidance, (4) Educational active inclusion instruments, (5) Vocational active inclusion instruments – job placements, (6) Vocational active inclusion instruments – internships.
