Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na niską aktywność kobiet w rynku pracy związaną z pełnieniem przez nie funkcji opiekuńczych nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz brak miejsc w żłobkach na terenie Nowego Sącza. Celem głównym niniejszego projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia 41 osób (39K i 2M) z województwa małopolskiego z miasta Nowy Sącz, które pełnią funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi. Realizacja celu odbywać się będzie poprzez stworzenie 21 nowych miejsc w już istniejącym żłobku w okresie 01.03.2017r. - 31.08.2019r. Zadania do realizacji: 1. Zapewnienie prawidłowych warunków lokalowych i higieniczno sanitarnych dziecka do lat 3 2. Zapewnienie kreatywnego i twórczego rozwoju dziecka do lat 3 3. Zapewnienie prawidłowego rozwoju dziecka do lat 3 w postaci zajęć dodatkowych Główne rezultaty: Liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka po opuszczeniu programu - 30K Liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 9K i 2M (Polish)

The project is a response to the low participation of women in the labour market, linked to their caring responsibilities for children up to the 3s, and the lack of places in crèches in the New Area. The main objective of this project is to increase the employment level of 41 persons (39K and 2M) from the Małopolskie province from the city of Nowy Sącz which are responsible for caring for children. The target will be achieved by creating 21 new places in the existing crèche in the period 01.03.2017. — 31.08.2019 Implementation tasks: 1. Ensuring the correct housing and hygienic conditions of the child up to the 3 2s. Ensuring the creative and creative development of the child up to the 3 3s.
