ZWIĄZEK GMIN KRYNICKO-POPRADZKICH

Głównym przedmiotem wnioskowanego projektu jest jak najpełniejsze rozpoznanie zasobów przyrodniczych gmin poprzez wykonanie inwentaryzacji i waloryzacji przyrodniczej na terenie Związku Miedzygminnego "Perły Doliny Popradu" oraz przedstawienie jej wyników społeczeństwu w ramach poszerzania wiedzy ekologicznej o formach ochrony przyrody obecnych na przedmiotowym obszarze. Zaplanowane w projekcie badania mają na celu określenie stanu przyrody w części Popradzkiego Parku Krajobrazowego obejmującej częściowo gminy Stary Sącz, Rytro, Łabowa, Krynica-Zdrój oraz w całości gminy Muszyna i Piwniczna-Zdrój. W ramach projektu zakupionych zostanie 100 kompletów sprzętu rejestrującego tzw. fotopułapek, które dedykowane są do długotrwałej obserwacji i monitoringu otoczenia zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy, niezależnie od panujących warunków atmosferycznych. Fotopułapki posiadają kamuflujące barwy i łatwe mocowanie do montażu np. na pniu drzewa, co zapewnia łatwe ukrycie ich w lesie i prowadzenie dyskretnego monitorowania otoczenia. W momencie wykrycia ruchu (zwierzęcia) fotopułapka wykonuje zdjęcie i automatycznie wysyła ja na adres e-mail bądź do specjalnego modułu zbiorczego. Oprócz montażu fotopułapek w miejscach najbardziej „wrażliwych” przyrodniczo, a wskazanych przez specjalistów od faunistyki, przeprowadzone zostaną również badania terenowe, które będą trwały przez okres dwunastu miesięcy. Tylko w takim okresie badacze są w stanie uzyskać kompleksowe informacje dotyczące pełnego cyklu wegetacyjnego u roślin i rozrodczego u zwierząt. Badania zostaną przeprowadzone w zakresie inwentaryzacji: szaty roślinnej (w tym zbiorowisk i flory, mszaków, grzybów i porostów; gatunków i siedlisk chronionych) oraz wybranych grup bezkręgowców i kręgowców przez grupę specjalistów ( do26 osób) posiadających odpowiednie wykształcenie i doświadczenie do wykonywania takich zadań. Badania zostaną wykonane przy użyciu najlepszych, dostępnych technik i profesjonalnego sprzętu. (Polish)

The main purpose of the proposed project is to identify the natural resources of the municipalities in the fullest possible way, by carrying out an inventory and environmental valorisation activity in the International Municipal Association ‘Perated the Poprad Valley’ and to present the results to the public in order to increase environmental awareness about the nature of the conservation status of the natural population present in the area. The aim of the research project is to identify the natural state in part of the Popradzki Landscape Park comprising the municipalities of Stary Sącz, Rytro, Łabowa, Krynica-Zdrój and in the whole of the municipality of Muszyna and Piwniczna-Zdrój. The project will purchase 100 sets of photo discount equipment which are dedicated to long-term surveillance and ambient monitoring for both day and night, irrespective of the prevailing weather conditions. The Fobulb shall have all of the following colours and shall be easy to be fitted to the tree, e.g. standing in the tree, which ensures that they are easy to hide in the forest and carry out a discreet monitoring of the environment. When the movement of the (animal) motion is detected, the photo shall be carried out by the photograph and automatically sent to the email address or to the special unit. In addition to the installation of photocuts in the most ‘sensitive’ sites, as indicated by engineers, field studies will also be carried out for a period of twelve months. Only during this period, researchers are able to obtain comprehensive information on the complete cycle of vegetation on plants and animals. The tests will be carried out as regards the inventory: vegetation cover (including community rooms, mszks, fungi and lichens; species and habitats protected) and selected invertebrate groups and vertebrates by a group of specialists (26 persons) having appropriate training and experience to carry out such tasks. The tests shall be carried out using best available techniques and professional equipment. (English)
