ACCORDING TO THIS VISION, THE SCHOOL PROPOSES ITSELF AS A COLLECTOR BETWEEN THE INSIDE AND THE OUTSIDE RELAUNCHES ITS FUNCTION OF SOCIALISATION ENVIRONMENT AFFIRMS ITSELF AS AN AGENCY ABLE TO TRAIN THE CHILDREN AND MAKE THEM ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NECESSARY TO LIVE AND INTERACT IN THE SOCIETY OF INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE.
