Projekt realizowany przez Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Wiśniowej (GOPS) ma na celu aktywizację społeczno- zawodową osób korzystających z pomocy społecznej lub kwalifikujących się do objęcia taka pomocą. Projekt realizowany jest na terenie gminy Wiśniowa i zakłada objęcie wsparciem 50 osób (rodzin) mieszkańców. W projekcie zaplanowano szeroką gamę wsparcia dla uczestników. W zależności od indywidualnej diagnozy, może to być kompleksowa aktywizacja społeczno -zawodowa lub tylko społeczna. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 50 osób lub rodzin, zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Wiśniowa, zagrożonych wykluczeniem lub wykluczonych – niezależnie od statusu na rynku pracy, w tym min 5 osób niepełnosprawnych. Będą to osoby zarówno bezrobotne, bierne zawodowo i zatrudnione spełniające kryteria udziału w projekcie. Projekt skierowany jest w co najmniej 10% do osób niepełnosprawnych. (Polish)

A project carried out by the Gminny Centre for Social Assistance in Wiśniowa (GOPS) is intended to mobilise and/or qualify for social and occupational social assistance. The project is being implemented within the territory of the Municipality of Wiśniowa and provides support for 50 persons (families) of the inhabitants. The project plans a wide range of support to participants. Depending on the individual diagnosis, this may be a comprehensive social, professional or social inclusion. The target group of the project is 50 persons or families who live in the territory of the municipality of Wiśniowa, who are at risk of exclusion or excluded, regardless of the status on the labour market, including 5 persons with disabilities. These will be both unemployed, inactive and employed meeting the criteria for participation in the project. The project is aimed at at least 10 % for people with disabilities. (English)
