Niniejsza inwestycja dotyczy kompleksowej termomodernizacji obiektu użyteczności publicznej pełniącego funkcję edukacyjną i wychowawczą - Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 w Brzegu przy ul. B. Chrobrego 13 (woj. opolskie), składającego się z dwóch budynków - budynku głównego szkoły oraz budynku modelarni. Budynek PSP nr 1 w Brzegu wpisany został do rejestru zabytków woj. opolskiego pod nr 2283/91, decyzją z dnia 20.09.1991r. Wnioskodawca posiada pozwolenie Opolskiego Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków na termomodernizację budynków (pozwolenie nr 310/N/2018 z 18.04.2018r.). Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: zad. 1 Roboty budowlane – termomodernizacja głównego budynku szkoły oraz budynku modelarni (PSP nr 1 w Brzegu),w tym: wymiana stolarki okiennej, wymiana i renowacja stolarki drzwiowej, ocieplenie stropodachów i stropu pod strychem nieogrzewanym, wymiana pokrycia dachowego, wymiana wewnętrznej instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, wymiana wewnętrznej instalacji c.o. i wody zimnej w ziemi, montaż instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej, wymiana oświetlenia na korytarzach budynków na energooszczędne LED. W wyniku realizacji przedsięwzięcia osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki produktu: zmodernizowane energetycznie zostaną 2 budynki (budynek główny szkoły i budynek modelarni) o łącznej powierzchni użytkowej 3 355,02 m2 (zgodnie z metodologią podaną w punkcie B.1 SWI - powierzchnia użytkowa wyłącznie dla kwalifikowalnej części projektu). Niniejszy projekt nie będzie realizowany w partnerstwie. Niniejszy projekt realizowany będzie w pełni samodzielnie przez Wnioskodawcę - Gminę Brzeg. Promocja projektu nie została wykazana jako zadanie, gdyż realizowana będzie poza projektem, ze środków własnych Wnioskodawcy. Obejmuje ona wykonanie dwóch plakatów - wartość dofinansowania nie przekracza 500 tys. euro, znakowanie wszelkiej dokumentacji związanej z inwestycją, publikację internetową. (Polish)

This investment concerns a comprehensive thermal modernisation of a public utility serving an educational and educational purpose — the Public Primary School No 1 in the Bank at ul. B. Chrobre 13 (Opolskie Province), consisting of two buildings — the building of the main school and the model for the moderation. The CLS Building No 1 in the Bank was entered in the Register of Monuments of Poland under No 2283/91, by its decision of 20.09.1991. The applicant holds an authorisation from the Opolskie Voivodeship for the thermal modernisation of buildings (authorisation No 310/N/2018 of 18.04.2018). The scope of the project includes: task 1 Construction works — thermo-modernisation of the main building building and the modem building (PSP 1 in Bank), including: replacement of window frames, replacement and renovation of door frames, insulation of costume and non-heated terach, replacement of roof covering, replacement of the interior heating system, replacement of the domestic heating system, replacement of the domestic heating and cold water installations, installation of mechanical ventilation systems, replacement of lighting on the corridors of buildings with energy-efficient LEDs. As a result of the project, output indicators will be achieved: the 2 buildings will be modernised (main building and model building) with a total useful floor area of 3 355.02 m² (according to the methodology set out in point B.1 of the SWI — floor space only for the eligible part of the project). This project will not be implemented in partnership. This project will be carried out entirely by the Applicant — the municipality of Brzeg. The project promotion has not been shown as a task, as it will be carried out outside the project, from the Applicant’s own resources. It includes the execution of two posters — the grant value does not exceed EUR 500, the labelling of all documentation related to the investment, the publication of the website. (English)
