PRZEDMIOTEM PROJEKTU jest otrzymanie nowego (innowacja produktowa) wyrobu o dodatkowych cechach funkcjonalnych tzn. wytłoczyny w postaci folii z PP z charakterystycznymi zagłębieniami, w różnych obszarach wytłoczyny. Produkt ten będzie wytwarzany nowym sposobem (innowacja procesowa) polegająca na tym, że wytłoczyna jest dodatkowo formowana z wykorzystaniem elementów kształtujących zasilanych elementami piezoelektrycznymi podczas procesu technologicznego z jednoczesnym sterowaniem z wykorzystaniem komputera.Głównym celem projektu jest komercjalizacja wyników prac B+R. Efektem tego będzie wdrożenie innowacji. ODBIORCY NOWYCH PRODUKTÓW: Klienci instytucjonalni prowadzący działalność gospodarczą w Polsce oraz poza granicami kraju. ZADANIE: zakup środków trwałych i WNiP niezbędnych do wdrożenia wyników prac B+R. Projekt będzie miał pozytywny wpływ na ochronę środowiska. Wprowadzenie innowacji procesowych spowoduje zmniejszenie zużycia materiałów i energii w procesie produkcji. W ramach realizacji projektu zostaną stworzone nowe miejsca pracy - 3 etaty. W EFEKCIE REALIZACJI PROJEKTU OSIĄGNIĘTE ZOSTANĄ NASTĘPUJĄCE WSKAŹNIKI: ---na poziomie produktu- Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (CI6); - Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy (CI29); - Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku (CI28); - Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (CI2); - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie inwestycji; - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie wdrożenia wyników prac B+R; - Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CI1). -na poziomie rezultatu - Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach (CI8); - Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych; - Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji procesowych; - Przychody ze sprzedaży nowych lub udoskonalonych produktów/procesów; - Liczba wdrożonych wyników prac B+R. The project consists of the receipt of a new product (product innovation) with additional functional characteristics, i.e. marc of film from PP with characteristic wells, in various areas of marc. This product will be produced by a new way (process innovation), in that it is additionally formed using elements that shape piezoelectric elements during a technological process while controlling using a computer. the main objective of the project is to commercialise R & D results. RECIPIENTS OF NEW PRODUCTS: Institutional customers engaged in business activities in Poland and outside Poland. TASK: the purchase of fixed assets needed to implement R & D results will have a positive effect on environmental protection. The introduction of process innovations will reduce the consumption of materials and energy in the production process. The project will create new jobs — 3 posts. AS A RESULT OF THE PROJECT, THE FOLLOWING INDICATORS WILL BE ACHIEVED: — at product level — Private investment complementing public support to enterprises (grants) (CI6); Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the firm (CI29); Number of enterprises supported to introduce new market products (CI28); Number of enterprises receiving subsidies (CI2); — Number of enterprises supported for investments; — Number of enterprises supported in the implementation of R & D results; Number of enterprises supported (CI1). — Result level — Improvement of the employment in supported enterprises (CI8); — Number of product innovations introduced; — Number of procedural innovations introduced; Income from sales of new or improved products/processes; — Number of R & D outputs implemented (English)
