IN PRIMA ISTANZA SI RITIENE PRIORITARIO ATTIVARE MODULI PER GLI ALUNNI DELLA SCUOLA SECONDARIA DI I GRADO IN USCITA AFFINCH POSSANO CONOSCERE DETTAGLIATAMENTE LOFFERTA FORMATIVA DELLE SCUOLE DEL TERRITORIO. GLI STUDENTI DEVONO INOLTRE AVERE LOPPORTUNIT DI STUDIARE LE AZIENDE DEL TERRITORIO E PRENDERE CONSAPEVOLEZZA DELLE RISORSE UMANE E DELLE COMPETENZE NECESSARIE AL LORO FUNZIONAMENTO. IN SECONDA ISTANZA BISOGNA AVVIARE UN PROCESSO DI ANALISI DELLE PREFERENZE E DELLE ATTITUDINI DEGLI ALUNNI CON LOBIETTIVO DI PROMUOVERE LE ECCELLENZE E PREVENIRE LA DISPERSIONE.PARTICOLARE ATTENZIONE SI INTENDE DEDICARE ALLO STUDIO DELLE STEM PER AVVICINARE LE ALLIEVE A QUESTE DISCIPLINE E SUPER (Italian)

    THIS PROJECT PRESENTS ITSELF AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO INITIATE A PROCESS AIMED AT ALLOCATING AND RELOCATING, STARTING FROM THE AWARENESS THAT THIS ASPECT OF TRAINING IS RATHER WEAK IN OUR SCHOOL AND MUST THEREFORE BE FORMALISED AND PUT INTO A SYSTEM WITH A VIEW TO PERMANENT ORIENTATION. IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, IT IS CONSIDERED A PRIORITY TO ACTIVATE MODULES FOR SECONDARY SCHOOL PUPILS OF THE OUTGOING GRADES SO THAT THEY CAN KNOW IN DETAIL THE EDUCATIONAL OFFER OF LOCAL SCHOOLS. STUDENTS MUST ALSO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY LOCAL BUSINESSES AND BECOME AWARE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND SKILLS NECESSARY FOR THEIR OPERATION. IN THE SECOND INSTANCE IT IS NECESSARY TO START A PROCESS OF ANALYSIS OF THE PREFERENCES AND ATTITUDES OF PUPILS WITH THE AIM OF PROMOTING EXCELLENCE AND PREVENTING DISPERSION.PARTICOLAR ATTENTION IS INTENDED TO DEVOTE ATTENTION TO THE STUDY OF STEMS TO BRING STUDENTS CLOSER TO THESE DISCIPLINES AND SUPER (English)
