LE EVIDENZE CHE DIMOSTRANO I VANTAGGI DEL BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) ARRIVANO DA PROGETTI DI GRANDI DIMENSIONI E DA MERCATI CARATTERIZZATI DA GRANDI GENERAL CONTRACTOR. CIò RISULTA IN UN EVIDENTE SCETTICISMO DA PARTE DI MERCATI COSTITUITI PREVALENTEMENTE DA PICCOLE E MEDIE IMPRESE (PMI), COME QUELLO ITALIANO E ALTO ATESINO. L¿OSTACOLO MAGGIORE ALL¿IMPLEMENTAZIONE DIGITALE Ê LA MANCANZA DI CONSAPEVOLEZZA DI COSA SIA IL BIM, A COSA SERVA, QUALI SIANO I VANTAGGI E QUALI I COSTI PER PROGETTI DI PICCOLE E MEDIE DIMENSIONI. \NIN QUESTO CONTESTO Ê NECESSARIO CREARE UN¿INFRASTRUTTURA TECNOLOGICA ADATTA A: A) SIMULARE PROCESSI DIGITALI BIM-BASED ATTI A METTERE IN LUCE I VANTAGGI E I LIMITI PER COMMITTENTI, PROGETTISTI, COSTRUTTORI E ARTIGIANI LOCALI; B) SUPPORTARE IL SETTORE EDILIZIO AD ADOTTARE IL BIM PER RENDERE I PROCESSI EDILIZI SEMPRE PIù COLLABORATIVI E SOSTENIBILI; C) SUPPORTARE I RICERCATORI NELLO SVILUPPO DI NUOVE TECNOLOGIE E INFRASTRUTTURE BIM-BASED ATTE AD OTTIMIZZA (Italian)

THE EVIDENCE SHOWING THE ADVANTAGES OF BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) COMES FROM LARGE PROJECTS AND MARKETS CHARACTERISED BY LARGE CONTRACTORS. THIS IS APPARENT IN CLEAR SCEPTICISM FROM MARKETS MAINLY CONSISTING OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES (SMES), SUCH AS ITALY AND ALTO ATESINO. THIS IS THE LACK OF AWARENESS OF WHAT BIM IS ABOUT, WHAT BENEFITS AND THE COSTS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PROJECTS. \ NIN THIS CONTEXT, IT IS NECESSARY TO CREATE A FUTURE-PROOF TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WHICH IS SUITABLE FOR: (A) SIMULATE BIM-BASED DIGITAL PROCESSES TO HIGHLIGHT THE ADVANTAGES AND LIMITATIONS FOR DEVELOPERS, DESIGNERS, BUILDERS AND LOCAL CRAFTSMEN; (B) TO SUPPORT THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR IN ADOPTING THE BIM IN ORDER TO MAKE BUILDING PROCESSES EVER MORE COLLABORATIVE AND SUSTAINABLE; (C) SUPPORTING RESEARCHERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE BIM-BASED INFRASTRUCTURES FOR OPTIMISATION (English)

LES PREUVES DÉMONTRANT LES AVANTAGES DE LA MODÉLISATION DE L’INFORMATION SUR LES BÂTIMENTS (BIM) PROVIENNENT DE GRANDS PROJETS ET MARCHÉS CARACTÉRISÉS PAR DE GRANDS ENTREPRENEURS GÉNÉRAUX. IL EN RÉSULTE UN SCEPTICISME CLAIR DE LA PART DES MARCHÉS CONSTITUÉS PRINCIPALEMENT DE PETITES ET MOYENNES ENTREPRISES (PME), COMME L’ITALIEN ET LE HAUT ATESINO. LE PRINCIPAL OBSTACLE À LA MISE EN ŒUVRE NUMÉRIQUE EST LE MANQUE DE CONNAISSANCE DE CE QU’EST LE BIM, DE CE QU’IL SERT, DES AVANTAGES ET DES COÛTS DES PROJETS DE PETITE ET MOYENNE DIMENSION. DANS CE CONTEXTE, IL EST NÉCESSAIRE DE CRÉER UNE INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGIQUE ADAPTÉE: A) SIMULER DES PROCESSUS NUMÉRIQUES BASÉS SUR LE BIM POUR METTRE EN ÉVIDENCE LES AVANTAGES ET LES LIMITES POUR LES CLIENTS LOCAUX, LES CONCEPTEURS, LES CONSTRUCTEURS ET LES ARTISANS; B) AIDER LE SECTEUR DE LA CONSTRUCTION À ADOPTER LE BIM AFIN DE RENDRE LES PROCESSUS DE CONSTRUCTION DE PLUS EN PLUS COLLABORATIFS ET DURABLES; C) SOUTENIR LES CHERCHEURS DANS LE DÉVELOPPEMENT DE NOUVELLES TECHNOLOGIES ET D’INFRASTRUCTURES BASÉES SUR LE BIM AFIN D’OPTIMISER (French)
