THE PROJECT IS SOCIAL INNOVATION IN THAT IT PROPOSES A SOLUTION CAPABLE OF CREATING ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL VALUE FOR THE COMMUNITY, USING THE UNUSED REAL ESTATE ASSETS IN ORDER TO RESPOND TO PEOPLE EXPERIENCING A SITUATION OF FRAGILITIS.
