POWIAT RADZYŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W RADZYNIU PODLASKIM

Celem proj. jest zwiększ. możliwości zatrudnienia os. młodych do 29r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w pow. radzyńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podj. zatrudn. przez: ? 39% os. w najtrudn sytuacji (w tym os. z niepełnospr., os. o niskich kwalifik., os. długotrw. bezrob.) ? 54% os. nienależ. do w/w grup W proj. wsparciem obejmiemy 235 os. (124K/111M) w w. 18-29 l. zakwalifik. do prof. pomocy I (tzw. bezrob aktywni) lub prof. pomocy II (tzw. bezrob. wymag. wsparcia) z kategorii NEET. Każda os. dostanie ofertę aktywizacji zawod., którą poprzedza analiza umiejętn., predysp. i probl. zawod. os. Na tej podst. realizuj. usługi i instrum. rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie. Usługi to: pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawod. Instrumenty/formy aktywiz. fakultat. (indywid. dobrane do os.) to: staż (64 os), szkolenie (81 os), bon szkoleniowy (5 os), bon na zasiedlenie (37 os), przyznanie jednorazowo środków na podjęcie działaln. gospod. (27 os), refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposaż. stanow. pracy (21 os). Realiz. w/w zadań wynik. z Ustawy i z rozporządzeń wykon. do niej. Przy stażach i szkoleniach zakładamy wypł. stypendium, zapłatę lekarzowi medycyny pracy za wykonanie badań lekar. uczestników oraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu na staż lub na szkolenie dla os. dojeżdżających. Przy bonie szkoleniowym zakładamy zapł. instyt. szkol. za szkolenie, zapłatę za wykonane bad. lek. oraz ryczałt kosztów dojazdu. Podczas szkolenia os. otrzymuje również stypendium. Wszystkie w/w zadania (formy wsparcia) są umieszczone w budżecie proj. i są zg. ze stawkami określ. w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy oraz z cenami rynkowymi (KM3). Ponadto wydatki w budżecie są: ? kwalifikow. (wynikają z Ustawy oraz Wytycznych w zakr. kwalifikowaln. wydatków w ramach EFRR, EFS i FS na l. 2014-2020), ? zgodne z SzOOP w zakresie pomocy de minimis ? niezbędne do realizacji proj. i osiągnięcia celu proj., ? racjonalne i efektywne (Polish)

The objective is increased job opportunities for young people by 29.The main outcome of the project will be the following:39 % for the most difficult situations (including disabled persons, small ones., ob.)?54 % do not belong to the support and we will take 235 people to support the support.(124K/111M) 18-29 l.Each person will be offered an activation offer, which is preceded by a skill analysis.This is the case of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act.Services are:job placement and/or guidance.Optional instruments/forms.(to be selected for the purpose) are:traineeships (64 os), training (81 os), training voucher (5 os), occupation voucher (37 os), one-off allocation for business activities.(27 os), reimbursement of equipment costs and/or retrofitting with firm work (21 os).Evaluation of the results of the Act and its implementing regulations.In the case of traineeships and trainings, we assume a scholarship, a doctor of medicine for the medical examinations of the participants and a reimbursement of the costs of commuting or training for people who are travelling.In the course of the training course, we assume the training to be paid for the training, and the amount of the travel expenses.She also receives a scholarship.All the tasks (forms of support) are entered in the Polish budget and are in line with the rates laid down in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions and with market prices (KM3).In addition, the expenditure in the budget shall be:Eligible.(derive from the Law and the Guidelines in a set of eligible expenditure in the framework of ERDF, ESF and CF. 2014-2020)?
