Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie raciborskim. Grupę docelową stanowią: osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, w tym w szczególności te, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. osoby z kategorii NEET. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach ryku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county of razborski.The target group consists of:young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed, including persons with disabilities, registered in the PLO as unemployed, including in particular those who are not in education and training, the so called NEETs.Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Institutions.
